No chemicals, great services
I was extremely satisfied with the actual carpet cleaning/cleaner. He was professional and answered all my questions. It was fast, effective and I thought a decent value for my money - hard to find these days. However, I found it difficult to talk to a person when initially trying to schedule an appointment. I had several questions I wanted to ask before I booked. I called and was on hold, told to leave my number for a return call and never received a call back. I know the modern way is to do everything online. Call me old fashioned. Sometimes you just want to be able to TALK to a person.

Carpets always come out great!
Charging $69 for up to 250 SF of tile is fair. That was the charge for the 120SF kitchen tile.
Adding $25 for a 15SF bathroom and another $25 for a 48SF bathroom for a total of 183SF of tile is NOT fair. - especially for those on fixed income.

I had 4 rooms cleaned and paid with a credit card. Later that day I got an email with an offer for clean 3 rooms get 1 free. It would have been nice if the technician had known that and not charged me for the 4th room.

Well, I pacifically went with you guys because of the stain and odor removal. Well, the stain is gone but the odor is still there. I don’t think there’s anything you could do to make it right. I spent a lot of money to have one room cleaned just one room in my house and the smell is still there.
