Products not strong
Ramon was very good and professional. We appreciate great customer service.
The technician that cleaned our carpet broke two of our corner baseboards and scuffed a lot of the other ones. Supposedly a manager was supposed to call us to resolve the problem, but we still haven’t received a call from anyone. You can fix our baseboards or refund the money we paid for the horrible service we received.
Dirt and scuffs all over baseboards and tile is not clean
My area rug is not anywhere clean.
I HAVE USE ZEROREZ FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. I FELT THIS TECH GOT THINGS A LITTLE WETTER THAN USUAL. HE DIDN'T SPEND ANY EXTRA TIME ON PLOBELM AREAS. JOAN BARTLETT
Robert made our tile and carpet look brand new. He did too good of a job and now my wife says we don’t have to remodel the floors.

Carpets come out nice along with the tile that was cleaned.
Tech should be more careful when he cleans the carpet. He chipped part of the wall, and I had to use putty to repair, now I just have to paint over it.

I have old carpet that has been through many dogs. Been awhile since it has been cleaned so I was not expecting any miracles. I was blown away. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone especially those with pets. They showed up early. The tech was super nice, very professional and knew his services like a true expert.
