Your technician are very polite and knowledgeable. They were quick to get to work and finish with what they needed to do and were then off to continue working cleaning up carpet and other things.
It was great service and all, but the stains I pointed out never really came clean. Probably not their fault, they were old.
Overall, It was good to get my carpets done. The couch they did came out just OK.
But my overall satisfaction was an 8+. Not a 9 or 10.

I've used your service several times and will continue to do so because it always leaves my carpeting clean, it is appealing to look at and to walk on.
The technician, Josh, was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. He explained thoroughly the process he was going to be doing and what to expect from it. He put out the extra effort to take care of any areas that required it. He was very pleasant and professional and when I have my carpeting done next time I'd like to have him come and do it.
Our cleaning tech was professional, prompt, super friendly and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he discussed the specific areas of concern with me, but also helped me adjust my expectations realistically for things that may not be possible to fully clean so that I wouldn't be disappointed later. He worked efficiently and the end result was great!

I need someone to come back, the smell is 10x worse
The carpets were still left with stains. I’m extremely disappointed.
I’ve used Zerorez for many years, their products are clean and leaves little to no residue behind. They are very reasonable in price, very thorough and always professional. Their technicians are always on time or early and will pretreat areas if asked to do so. I’m a satisfied customer to say the least!
The product works great on my carpet/rugs. Your representatives are always on time and very professional. The last two, Brian and Robert were amazing, and I would refer Zeroez anytime.
The tech who cleaned my carpeted staircase was super friendly, quick and thorough. The person I set the appointment with was friendly and was able to get me scheduled within the time frame I needed. The guy that came out was extremely nice, but there seems to be a large area between our island and wall that was noticeably missed as well as a couple other spots. I wish I would have noticed this before he left, now I’m unsure what we could do. We also spent $780 for this to be done, and I feel like it was not quite worth it.

The tech was nice and cleaned the carpets thoroughly but I would have appreciated it if he put on shoe covers instead of getting the germs from his shoes into our house. It feels a little off that someone we hire to clean our carpets is actually wearing dirty shoes throughout the house.
