Professionalism and quality of the service.
Nothing the only reason I selected 8 and not 10 on how likely is because i don’t know anybody who needs a carpet cleaner

My technician, Spencer, was very thorough in walking me through the condition of my carpeting and explaining why it was in the condition observed. His time and attention to the problems and recommendations resulted in an excellent result. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for carpet cleaning solutions that are chemical free and provide long term results.
Great professional service
Upholstery and rug cleaning was good. Tile cleaning was not as good. The grout looked the same before and after. Not sure if the grout was an additional service
Always on schedule, please with the results after getting the carpet ( strain remover) and floors.

The 3 Room Carpet Special - MBR BR LR - 3 rooms for $129 Special was great for my budget but when Environmental Fee - Residential $15.00 and Temporary Fuel Surcharge - Residential $5.00 were added was not so great. Because I was unaware of those additional charges. The spotting services was a little pricey, but it was worth paying the $30 for one room because it really need it. I wish I could of have gotten the spotting service for all three rooms for $30. But of course, that wasn't the case.
Overall, Super job on cleaning, I liked that if wasn't left wet and it only took a few hours to completely dry. but it did leave it a bit crunchy, and I felt it could of use a raked after.

Here is my review. I have used Zerorez for my past 3 carpet cleanings and have not been disappointed, making the appointment is easy, call or online, when calling in the people are very friendly and make it easy. The actual visit has been exceptional, the technicians have been professional, efficient and most importantly friendly, their customer service is on point. I'm happy I called them and will continue to do business with them.
The person who did our rugs and floors was really awesome. He answered any questions I had, helped educate me on some floor cleaning issues. He provided recommendations and was very nice and polite. We’ve used Zerorez for years and will continue to use this company and recommend to others.

He arrived right on time and was very pleasant as well as efficient. I really appreciate a company who delivers exactly what they say they will which is a rarity these days. We have used Zerorez almost a dozen times and love it. Much better than the water based carpet cleaners. We've also had our furniture cleaned and it was worth it!

The prices were fair and the service was prompt to arrive and finished the job of cleaning and sealing all the tile in the entire house within a couple hours!

The service was excellent and extremely professional.
Our carpets came out great after the cleaning. Plus there was a stain that the carpet technician was able to remove. The gentleman that came to clean our carpet was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Didn’t clean the carpets as much as I expected. Anything that didn’t come out was a “stubborn stain”
