I do like that you don't use a chemical to clean the carpeting; I like that it stays clean for a while also. I know that sounds strange but when other companies come and clean, those mystery stains come back in the same spot.
Suggestion though - anyone who comes in to clean is always stepping on to the carpeting wearing the same shoes they wore outside. Wouldn't it make more sense to wear a covering over their shoes or wear different shoes when they come in a house so they aren't bringing the dirt in with them?

My first experience with Zerorez was due to an "insurance" claim regarding a stain I couldn't get out in an area rug. A rep came out within a few days and determined that the stain was permanent since the cleaner I was given to use bleached the color out while not completely lifting the stain out. He could have easily ordered the rug to be taken to their facility for professional cleaning, but he also indicated that this cost was almost equal to the cost of the rug itself. They reported this to Square Trade which resulted in them agreeing to replace the rug. I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism, I made an appointment to have our carpets cleaned. I also decided to give Zerorez a try since I was very dissatisfied with the previous company because they were in and out so quickly and the carpets looked dirty again within weeks. Scott was very thorough. He used a type of "black light" to look for specific spots he needed to particularly address with an enzyme cleaner. We saw a huge difference in the nap and cleanliness of the carpets once Scott was finished. We will definitely use Zerorez again for our own home and our other properties. I highly recommend them!

tech did a good job with the carpets, had some makeup foundation that had spilled in living room carpet and he was able to get it cleaned up and could not tell even was spilled.

My tile was left looking like nothing had been done to it. I had dirt spots that I was able to wipe away with a wet rag over spots that were supposedly clean. The guy walked in and immediately complained about the thin grout lines making excuses. He was scheduled to clean 4 rooms of carpet and 3 rooms and a bathroom of tile, and my cameras show him arriving and leaving in under an hour. There is no way he cleaned 7 rooms solo in under an hour. Completely unacceptable.
