My tile floor looks great after my zerorez services!
Before Zerorez, it was very dirty and even mopping wasn’t helping. I spent hours on my hands and knees using a small brush to individually clean each tile. It was the only way to get my floor actually clean. I just didn’t have the time or energy for that. The service was great, very friendly and helpful, and the product really worked and my floors haven’t looked this good in years. :)

The carpet still looked dirty.

Last time they came one guy sprayed and the other guy ran the steam machine. This time one guy did both. It was not as clean with only a misting of the product. When i asked about it, he redid the hallway which made a difference and finished the last room with sufficient product as I watched. Prior the container was only down an inch.

The carpet looks great, but the guy that was here doing it really messed up our banister. There are lots dents on the corner and actually took some wood off. So that was super disappointing. I would suggest putt a blanket or padding around corners and banisters so the cords don’t mess up the walls and things it shouldn’t.

My tile floors came out very good but several stains still on carpet.

This is the second time we have engaged Zerorez. Both times the provider arrived on time, worked diligently, and performed very well. Nice, clean flooring. The first time we only had the floor tiling cleaned. (Carpet was being replaced) This time, Noah, came to clean caperts. He was a pleasure to have around and cleaned our carpets beautifully.
