The staff that cleaned my dads house were very friendly and professional.
We’ve used Zerorez for 5 years now. Staff is always courteous and on time. Our carpets always come out clean.
I paid extra to have the deep cleaning in the room where my dog had a pee accident. The next day after the clean, the room had an odor to it even more than previous. When the guys came back out to clean, I had to pay another $75 to spot treat again. This is unacceptable. I spent $193 on one room alone. Not to mention I had 4 other rooms cleaned that is not included in this total. I trusted the professionals and let him guide where to put the deep cleaning spot cleaner by blacklight. Then he says they will clean next to the area they just did but it will cost us $75 again. Definitely not coming back to a company who chooses to nickel and dime it's customers. I want my money back.

Customer service is great from the time I schedule my appointment to the day the carpets are cleaned! I received emails and text messages to confirm and notified prior to arrival!

You were right on time. Tyson and Mo were so friendly and got right to eat right. They did a wonderful job on our carpet areas and tile.
Your sales personnel can be trained better. Very confusing interaction with your sales person when I called for service. I described the work I needed completed, stating that the house is vacant-empty. Several time's your sales person felt it necessary to say your tech's will not move furniture. Your tech's do not vacuum before cleaning, that must be done by the home owner? I own multiple rentals and decided to give Zero Rez an opportunity to earn my business. Not sure you guys are a good fit for my needs. Sometime's the carpet may need to be vacuumed before cleaning, you may want to think about being a full service carpet cleaning company so landlords can trust you to complete a job vs making excuses not to do the work? Just a suggestion. Also, a Rep from Zero Rez called at approx. 10:50am morning of my cleaning to inform me the tech was running early. I had to ask twice how early is the tech running? What time will he arrive? Your Rep said he would arrive at 1:15pm instead of 2pm. I said ok. The tech arrived around 11:10am. Not very good communication from both Zero Rez office staff. On a better note - Your Tech that arrived was great! Very courteous, clean and walked through the home and explained everything very well. Did a great job cleaning the carpet.
I ended the day with amazingly clean carpet!
We have been using Zerorez multiple times before and they always do an outstanding job!!! This time they were cleaning our tiles and rugs and I couldn’t believe how great our floors and rugs looked after it!!! Thank you so much to Jack our technician who did an amazing job, was on time, very polite and a pleasure to work with and was to make sure that we are happy with the result! Thank you again and we definitely will be using them again in the future!!!
