I am a multi repeat customer and would never think to have any other company clean my carpets. These guys do a fabulous job and my carpets are a testament to that care. Each of the past 3x you have cleaned my carpet, there has been damage. This last time was a gash out of the wall.
They got the stains out of my daughter's room.
I put in a negative response because it was what I would call hidden charges fine print a fee for gasoline a fee for disposing of their water, and their solution was to send me their contract. I’m not happy, and I will not reuse them.

Jason, our technician was courteous, professional early which helped us a lot, and he delivered wonderful end result on the carpet cleaning. He successfully cleaned two carpet rooms extra for us that other carpet cleaners have refused to do. They looked great, and so did the other carpet.

We had three rooms of carpet and one of tile recently cleaned. The technician was friendly and polite. It only took about an hour--99% of all stains were removed so we were very happy with the results. Best part of all--no odor from cleaning solutions! I have had major allergy reactions to other companies' cleaning in the past.
