They are always within the timeframe given and their work is exceptional. So far we have had our carpets cleaned, a recliner cleaned, and just yesterday our tile and grout cleaned and we are so very happy with the results.
My neighbor is calling on Monday. I called because Colton had been recommended which is who I recommended to my neighbor. He does an excellent job.
Love my fresh clean carpets! With little kids and dogs our house is definitely prone to spills and stains but with Zerorez I have nothing to worry about.

I think the carpet looks "cleaner" not necessarily clean. it does look better by a long shot and I understand the carpet is old. But after the technician left, I took a damp cloth and went over the threshold areas that showed the most dirt. My cloth lifted all sort of dirt and turned black. I think those areas should have had extra treatment automatically. Other than that I do like the fact that harmful chemicals were not used.
My technician used a lifter on my carpets before cleaning. I have never had Zerorez tech use one before and made a huge difference!!

Liked that I could take my ara rug to the Zerorez facility. Plus, reasonable pricing.
I really don’t know what to say other than the grout dried and 98% was clean but 2% dried dirty. I’ve been going through and cleaning the missed spots. My wife could see what I was saying and she said although there are some spots that needed to be cleaned it was not worth bringing you back. She said that the carpets were clean. We are overall satisfied. You cleaned area rug but not the tile underneath but that was in estimate because added $100 to clean the area rug. I’ll get over it as my wife tells me to move on
The service was excellent. I called to see if they could come sooner than originally scheduled and they were able to come out the same day. The cleaning was great and made a huge difference in my brother's new house. We're very happy and will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to family and friends.
