The second guy that cleaned my sofa was great, it was unfortunate he had to re-clean my sofa because the first guy from your company did not do a great job at all. The first guy made my couch look worse, but Luis did a great job!!!

IT WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO ARRANGE THE APPOINTMENT ONLINE.THAT PROCESS WAS EASY AND CONVENIENT FOR ME. ONE ISSUES IS THAT IN MY TEXT EXCHANGES FOR ARRANGING THE SERVICE, I INDICATED THE FAMILY ROOM, THE LIVING ROOM , THE HALLWAY AND A SMALL VANITY AREA IN THE MASTER BATH FOR CLEANING. CARLY DID NOT HAVE THE VANITY AREA IN HER INSTRUCTIONS BUT IT WAS CLEANED. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THERE WAS AN ADDED CHARGE FOR THAT. I DO KNOW THERE WAS AN ADDED CHARGE BECAUSE OUR LIVING ROOM EXCEEDED 250 SQ. FT.

The team was friendly and did a great job cleaning my carpets. I'd go so far as to say they were cleaner than the last time I had it done. The carpets dried in the time frame given, which was great. I'm very happy with the whole experience from making the appointment until the team left my home.
