The clean procedure uses pet friendly cleaners. The two technicians who came to the house were very friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done right!

Professional, knowledgable and polite staff, great value for the money
The service technician was very pleasant and professional. He really worked hard to get my carpet and tile looking good. It absolutely looks wonderful and we are so pleased with the job that he did. When we subtracted one item and added something else, he showed me the estimate before he started, so I was OK with the change in price. Zerorez responded quickly with an email estimate and notified me when the technician was coming. I really appreciate the communication.

A little disappointed they weren't able to lighten the path into the bedroom. Still looks the same.
We felt the technicians were professional and curious. We do though highly encourage that equipment that the technicians need to do a professional job is in GOOD repair. They were down a piece of equipment and no spares were available. They had to search for another technician to complete our job.
Otherwise we are please with the final product
Question if he did carpet under coffee table which he said he would do without extra charge and forgot pillow on golf cart. However, he did a great job and even helped us move a few things.
