It left my carpet and chair looking like new. It feels soft when walking on it. The young man who did the service was a fine representative for the company.

Unfortunately the technician didn’t put corner protectors in the house. All our corners are now marked is scraped up with black marks, and my husband is angry. The rugs later that day were not the lighter color I’m used to after a rug cleaning with the other companies. Plus this one cost $100 more than last year with a different company who did my large room rug and furniture. Not sure why so much more, but a bit disappointing. And only one technician was done so quickly there were still cat/dog hairs on all the edges everywhere. I had to clean all the edges and corners after he left.
the person who cleaned our carpets listened to what our concerns were and tackled the job accordingly. I believe she did the best job we have had ever

Edges around carpet boarding tile floors and traffic area in entry living room carpets not pre-treated the same as the rear family room carpet. Looks darker than the rest of the carpet.

We have use your company several times in the past for our carpets and have been very happy.
This time we decided to use your company for our tile. The tile looks good however the grout lines do not. Some came clean and some did not. There were two technicians, one was training the other. They started in the hallway. When it was done I asked them if the could redo some of the grout lines that did not look clean. He agreed and the spots came clean. I thought he would have done this for the other rooms. He did not. As you can see from the photos, the grout is very unevenly clean.
I was not here for the full service, I went to work. My wife did ask about the grout. She said the technician said it would dry clean. Again, as you can see it did not. We did pay for the grout to be sealed. So now I can't even try to clean the spots myself. If I do, I will end up removing the sealant.
When the team left they knock over a very large ceramic pot and it broke.
My wife said they we very apologetic and did give us a $100 discount which should cover the cost to replace it.
However, when I got home from work I noticed two other things that were damaged, that they may or may not have known about.
Please take a look at the other attached photos. We have a China cabinet that was apparently nicked by their equipment. I should be able to buff out and or restain the damaged wood. It looks as if was hit two times by the handle of their equipment and once by the floor attachment.
Lastly, when they finished with one of the tile cleaning tools, they set it outside by my front door. As you can see from the photo, the chemicals or dirt stained my cement at my front door. I did try to wash it off but it did not come clean.
So overall I am disappointed in the over service. I feel the grout should not be this unevenly cleaned and I am disappointed in the damage that was caused to my China cabinet, which they may or may not have known that they did. I am disappointed in the ceramic pot that was broken and by the stain that I now have outside my front door.
I will say the two technicians were very polite, I am just disappointed in the circumstance of events that took place.

There is a plethora of reasons why we constantly use ZeroRez as our go-to carpet cleaning service. Professional employees who discuss treatments, procedures, and make you feel comfortable with the services you select. Also, you never feel rushed or made to feel you are an appointment standing in the way of the next appointment. The water is pretreated and makes the area smell so good after. I know they are willing to be thorough in their work, and they work with you when you have scheduling conflicts. It is the only company we will call for service and we have no problem paying the extra fee for coming out to Maricopa.
