Very friendly and thourough. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets was very informative and explained in depth the unique cleaning product. I have already recommended zero rez to multiple family members and friends. I love the fact that there is no chemicals and I couldn't believe how clean my carpets were when he finished! I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received and am just completely impressed!
I had my tile cleaned and it looks great but I think there should have been better communication about how much it would cost to have it cleaned. I looked on the website and it said .45 cents a square foot, if I'm remembering correctly. I just looked and noticed that you redid the tile/stone pricing. Anyways, then I called to schedule my appointment and was still told that tile was still that price, never was I told that stone costs more until my technician showed up. I would have never paid that much to have my tile cleaned except that by the time I found out that it was $1.00 per square foot I had no other option because it was too late to find someone else and so I went ahead and had it done. I called the manager to talk to him about it afterwards and he was on vacation. I was told he would call me back when he got back to the office and a week later I am still waiting for him to call. I'm glad to see that the website has been changed and it is now more obvious that tile and stone are completely different rates but I would have appreciated follow up by the manager as I was promised. I love how clean zerorez gets things without using chemicals but because of my experience with customer service I am not sure if I will use you again.
Zerorez never fails to get my carpets clean, beyond what I hope to see. And the carpet dries so quickly, even in the winter! To top if off, the people at Zerorez are always friendly, cooperative, and professional. I've used them for several years and will continue to call on them to keep my carpets clean and fresh.
I liked the communication between the office and technican who came to do the work. He conducted himself very professionly and did a great job.

After your service call, our ten year old carpet now looks brand new. We will definitely have zerorez clean our carpets again and we will recommend your carpet cleaning service to others. We also had an 20-year-old chair cleaned by zerorez. Although the chair was much cleaner after the service call, my wife noticed that some stains still remained after the chair dried. I did not notice these stain while the technician was at our house because the chair was still damp.
Your company did an excellent job on our 6 year old carpet. Never thought our carpet would look new again but it does. I will definitely plan to use you again. Thank you Zerorez.

Our carpet looks very clean & fluffy. We liked the approach of no soap being used, therefore no soap left in the carpet to collect dirt. The two men providing the service were very friendly & accomodating. We will use Zerorez in the future.

It took overnight for many areas to dry. when it finally dried, there were many
dark streaks that I was very disappointed in. I am in a process of deceiding to call you and tell you that I really thought my carpet would really look cleaner.
The cleaning product is odorless and has no checmicals that can harm humans or pets. Technicians are professional and courteous.
Employees are professional and efficient. Carpet and tile look and feel new when complete.
The technicians might go over the job and point out any areas where the stains were not able to be completely removed. I found two areas, one where the stains were definitely lighter (that was good), the other where it looked like nothing had been achieved. Since I don't know if the techs even saw this area, I don't know if they weren't able to remove the problem, or if it was missed. It would have been nice to know. However, in all fairness, the majority of the job was superb and stains that I didn't think would be removed, were. All in all, the place looks very good.
Everything! It is rare to find a company that does everything right. The only thing that would make it better is if it was free, but that would be stupid.
carpet was wet the next day, though promised in 3-4 hours.....a wet, dusty/dirty smell was immediately apparent, and lasted for several days.....our operator was overworked that day, the week of Thanksgiving, and obviously did not have the strength to pull the dirt from the deepest part of the carpet, as we were last on a long list of customers that day--we were scheduled for 6-8 pm that night...I'm not a happy camper, and will not be using zerores again!
Your service representative was helpful and energetic, did a good job. I like very much that your product is environmentally safe, and removes old residue.
