My carpets at this point appear much cleaner. I wish you would survey me three weeks after they have been cleaned. This is always when I notice that they don't look as fresh. I vacuum everyday and we wear slippers in the house so it must be old residue surfacing for the most part. Since Zerorez is much more expensive then others, in time I can better evaluate whether or not it is worth the extra cost. The personnel were very pleasant and accommodating.

I was waiting to give feedback until the carpet was dry---It's been over 24 hrs and is still damp--had fans going and doors open,too---Is this normal?

prompt service, antique rug looks new! The service is expensive but I would get a quote for tile to be cleaned.

The product the technician used to prep the areas has a pleasant odor. The technician, Cody H.. was professional, polite, prompt, pleasant. I would definitely use Zerorez again and have already recommended it to friends.

Our service guy did a fantastic job! He listened to what we wanted and was very professional. I thought you product was great with no residue and he did a great cleaning job. They only thing I didn't like was the smell of the protective coat, but it didn't seem to last to long.

I like the fact that you do not use soap products on the carpet. I also would like to say that the guy they sent to do our carpet was FANTASTIC. He was very concerened about doing a good job and he went above and beyond. We need more people like him in the service industry.
