No chemicals used to clean carpet and tile.
Tech was courteous and efficient and the floors looked great while he was here. After the floors completely dried the same ground in dirt in the grout was there as well as some other spills on the floor that was purposely left there by me.
Value for the money wasn't there due to up charge due to sqft size of rooms. Charged as if I had 5 rooms which it wasn't. If you took total sqft versus individual then I might think there would be value.
Attentice and efficient
From hearing the ads, my exepctations were exteremely high. Although I am mostly satisfied, a couple of the traffic areas did not come out as clean as I had expected. Of course it may be that the carpet is too worn out in the area. I love the soft feel of the carpet after it dried out; the young man that was at my home was very pleasant, seemed very knowledgeable, and I think he did his best to try to get the traffic areas clean. I definitely want to use your company again if I can afford it. I have already told a friend about your company and will recommend Zerorez to others if I have the opportunity.
Service was great. I wound up spending a lot more than anticipated and will have to look for a better bargain in the future.

Not happy with how pet stains did not come out of the carpet. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the rest of the cleaning and service.
That you use only water and no chemicals/detergents that leave a residue after it's cleaned. I also appreciate the prompt, professional service. No surprises regarding the rates - I was told up front the estimate of costs. No pressure to add additional services, but I did add the tile cleaning that was offered. Also I wanted a company that did not use the big circular cleaners, as I've heard that damages carpeting.

This was the second time that I've had your company clean my carpets. The first time my carpets looked absolutely AMAZING!! This time I've noticed that there are still a couple of spots that he missed. Apparently there was a mix up with scheduling which made it so the technician was working over 12 hours that particular day (which I felt absolutely horrible about) but if he was unable to give my carpet 100% attention then I wish we would have rescheduled. I will definitely try your company one more time as I don't feel it would be fair to judge your company under these circumstances.

I've used Zerorez before and was very pleased with the outcome of the cleaning job they did. I am also very pleased with the cleaning they did this time also. I do however have some apprehension on the recommendation due to the up selling you do versus your commercial on KFYI. Any 3 rooms tile or carpet should be just that or it equivalent. I was never told that hallways were a separate charge of $2.00 a lineal foot. That took the charge to almost double for what I expected. Finding that out when someone is at the house is just unprofessional. I did call and say I had halls and even offered to stop what I was doing to fill any cancellation which I did. Both men were every professional and are a credit to your company. Please make sure you make a policy to let your customers know as it is a negative for customer relations.
