Put furniture back...
The carpets look amazing! We've had traditional cleaners and the carpets looked clean for a minute but you'd feel them and they felt hard to the touch and dirt seemed to seeped right back within a couple of days. Plus, our technician was amazing. He went the extra mile to clean our old carpets that have a lot of wear and traffic but he worked diligently to make sure they were clean before leaving and even came back when we thought they were too wet. He ran the fans and removed more water out of the carpet with the extraction hose. It was really nice to see that someone cares about their customers and the retention of it's customers. We have had MANY cleaners over our 19 year marriage and this is the first time we felt a technician took pride in his work and cared about the reputation of the company.

Natural cleaning products without chemicals or residue. Friendly, professional employees. Clean, beautiful carpet!
The young man who came here was very polite and professional but it was extremely disappointing to find out that the measurement of the rooms to clean were based on the size of the total room, regardless if it was full of furniture and the actual cleaning area was small. Therefore increasing the cost. This seemed unreal and not a practical solution in this economic time when people can NOT afford to be taken advantage of. I had one small stain on the carpet in one are that he assured me was removed, and it is not.
The guys that came out were in and out in about 45 minutes. I asked if some spots could be removed and they were not. One of the guys was more interested in selling me additional services and when I declined said that my carpet would not look any better because it was "inexpensive" carpet. My carpet was not "inexpensive" (a nicer way of saying CHEAP) and I was affended by his comment and could not believe someone representing a company would say that to a customer. I asked for 2 small (2' X 8') areas be cleaned as well and was charged for an additional room. I would have been ok with that had they done a decent job. I could have done a better job with a rental machine. My carpets took over 24 hours to dry and was told they would dry in a few hours. I believed the advertisement I heard on the radio and must say I believe it to be false advertising. VERY DISAPPOINTED, especially by the young men who came out, they barely looked like they were out of high school which may explain the disrespect in telling me my carpet was "inexpensive" and would'nt last anyway.
It was done so professionally, and the technician TOBIAS LARSEN was such a nice guy and was so helpful, I will definitely recommend him for any services that we have done with Zerorez, we are also giving his card to a few of our friends. Please let him know that we thought he was great.
Carpet stays clean for long period of time. Makes my old carpet look good.

No chemicals
The carpets came out beautiful!!! however did not appreciate the hidden costs of $14 hazard removal and the $20 hallway fee resulting in a total bill of $150+ when you advertise $119 on the radio. I called and spoke with one of your reps and she was going to have a manager call me back to discuss and I have yet to hear from anyone. Its really sad these days you say you your 100% committed to meeting the needs of families you serve yet your customer service is sub-par.

The staff was friendly... the carpet cleaning was excellent and dried quickly. I didn't think that the stains would come out and they did.
Unfortunately, the stains on the carpet in my son's room reappeared once the carpet dried. Your commercial led me to believe that your product/process was different and wouldn't do that :(
I am a person who has multiple "chemical sensitivities". With Zerorez, no worries. Carpets come out soft and fluffy.
Every Zerorez technician has been friendly and courteous.

Your products and services perform as advertised. Carpet is soft, not stiff, after cleaning. Rooms I had cleaned seven months ago are still clean and look like they just were professionally cleaned. Had tile and grout cleaned this visit - grout returned to its original light color - beautiful! Sofa also was cleaned - looks like new.

First of all the young men that came to my house were very professional , as well as personable. They were dressed nicely, took care to protect corners, and clean up after themselves. They seemed to do a thorough job and explained the process to me in an easy to understand way. My carpet looks very nice and I loved how quickly it dried.
