this is our second time using Zerorez and to be perfectly honest, I wasn't really all that impressed with the first cleaning, we entertain a lot and our carpets really take a beating. We've always used a well know carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets quarterly in the past. the first time we had Zerorez out, I thought, eeh, doesn't feel or look any different then the other guys. We just had a huge shindig for Thanksgiving, 38 adults and 12 kids, all laughing, eating , drinking and spilling. Our carpets were a disaster! ! ! I husband insisted on calling Zerorez, he really likes the water. OMG, what a difference, my carpets and padding look and feel like new. Plumpie and soft, it just took a little more to get all the garbage from the other company, all I know is I'm hooked for life. We won't go anywhere else to get our carpets cleaned. . . .

Dried quickly no odor and most of all the employees. I think his name was Eric. Explained everything he did. He also informed me of a broken tile that I forgot to mention to him. I had spilled red finger nail polish on the tile 8 years ago and he almost got all of it up in the grout. It took a few calls before I could schedule a appt because I was continuous told your company doesn't travel too Wittmann even after I out offered to pay extra. Happy holidays to you and tours. I like the no soap/chemical aspect of the service. The high traffic area still looks a little dingier than the rest, but that is probably because the carpet has not been cleaned for 5 years--would you agree?

1. Pet stains remain highly visible in living room.
2. Invoice #22252 is incorrect. Check #2493 was in the amount of $193.00. I have called twice to have Zerorez correct the invoice amount and resend to my attention. At this date, corrected invoice has NOT been received.

Carpets and tile floor was left very wet, and took almost 2 days before they were dry. Some of the carpet areas did not come clean, but we were told that it was due to wear on the surface, and not soil, that would not get any better then it was, even though the carpets were only 4 years old. Some areas under the beds were also not cleaned, which we had expected would be cleaned and should not have needed any of the furniture moved.

I was very pleased with how nice my carpets turned out. The young man that came to our home by the name of Josh was so professional and did a wonderful job. I could really see a big difference on how clean my carpets are now. I will highly recommend your company tp my family and friends.

The tech that came to our house was very nice and we felt very comfortable with him. He got out some wax that was on our carpet and I was very happy with that. I also was happy with the entire carpet and knowing that my one year old grandson could crawl around on it without any worry of chemicals being left on the arpet. The tech did not clean up the tile adjacent to the carpet that was cleaned. There was a large amount of water accumulated on the tile. Also, it would have been good to use corner protectors when snaking the corrugated hose throughout the house.

The second technician said he could not improve upon what the first techician did, even though he said the grout does not look clean. I used a white terry cloth towel to show him I could wipe dirt from the grout with a little elbow grease. Still disappointed in the outcome.

I am very impressed with your carpet cleaning . It has removed more of my stains that anybody else!!!
