Carpet is clean
It looked like the cooking oil spots were out of the area rug because it was wet and because of the light beige color. I don't spend much time in that room and I was not feeling well so I was sitting in the recliner and the sun was shining in. I had to look twice and realized the spots were still all there. They cleaned it, but apparently it needed to have special spot treatment before they cleaned it. My friend was going to call you but I haven't told her yet about the spots. I am very unhappy about my rug. It is probably my fault for not noticing it sooner.

I really appreciated the care he took in protecting my corners and other surfaces in my home.
I already spoke with someone on the phone. The carpets were crunchy feeling when they were done instead of soft. The worker had on dusty work boots and left my wood floor spotty (had just had cleaning lady before he came). I had to remop my wood floors as well as re-vaccuum all the carpets to try to make them feel softer. He also failed to bring back my rugs when he came as I was told would happen. I even confirmed this when they called me the day before. Therefore I had to wait around the next day until they brought them out to me. The only positive thing I have to say is that the two rugs which were cleaned in your shop came out nice.

My rugs looked like new after the tech finished and still do. That's a tough task with two dogs.

The carpets look great and dried in a very reasonable amount of time (6-8)hours. The associate was very professional. Just waiting to evaluate the claim that carpets will look cleaner longer with your process. If this holds true the rating would definatly move up to 9 or 10.

Best carpet cleaning we've had - most thorough. The carpets dried quickly and the technician was honest - not trying to add more extras that weren't necessary.
The carpet looks great overall, but the tech did not do the corners or up to the edge of the wall. There is about an inch all the way around the house. Unfortunately, this was where there were a lot of stains/dirt.
I like the fact that there is no soap reside to attract dirt after the carpet has been cleaned. The people who work for Zerorez are friendly, knowledgable about cleaning, and courteous.
