The product very clean and very quick to do,the tech,John,was very good and educating me on everything and was very knowledgeable.
the rep was on time, courteous, and preparation was professional as to protect the walls, etc. there was not a lingering smell like other vservices that we have used. would definitely refer to friends and family.

The technician, Josh, was very professional & did an excellent job! He did the carpet first & then came back a couple of days later to do the upholstery. I loved the "NO REZ" of the empowered water, the speed in which everything dryed & the way everything looked afterwards. The carpet & the chair & couch looked practically new!

Prompt, friendly, on time. The tech (Max) was extremely friendly and careful insid my home. He demonstrated the product and gave a sales pitch, but he was not overbearing. He handled the work and the transaction with ease and professionalism. Great guy. AND, I like the way my carpets looked and felt
A SUGGESTION: I asked Max if we should vacuum after the carpets were dry. He said it was not necessary. I feel that is is necessary and the techs should suggest it.

Very professional & excellent job.
My carpet seemed a little stiff after it dried. I vacumed it a few days later and it helped a little bit. I'm thinking it was from the pre-spray he used before cleaning it.

I like your product as it is very effective in cleaning stainless steel and tile in my home and our rentals and business. I was impressed when your office in Mesa called me and corrected an overcharge that I was not aware of. Thank you. What to improve- I was promised a spray bottle with my exra order of 3 gal. of product which I did not receive and the extra (new) container I received has a cracked lid. Small on the surface, however, these details affect the impression to the customer.
Process appears to clean thoroughly. Johnathan was very knowledgeable and efficient; constantly worked for three and one-half hours.

I KNEW MY CARPET NEEDED CLEANING ESPECIALLY AFTER I CLEANED IT WITH A STORE CLEANER THAT MADE ALL THE DIRT AND WATER SINK DEEPER INTO MY CARPET BUT WHEN HE CLEANED IT I WAS SICK TO MY STOMACH TO SEE THAT IT WAS THAT BAD. Overall we were very pleased although disappointed that our den carpet couldn't be completely cleaned of discoloration. I did feel Joe did a good job and explained he could not get the carpet completely clean.

Very simply - they work. Our carpets were installed when we built the house in 2000 and they have never been cleaned. What a difference Zerorez has made! I won't go as far as saying they look brand new because some of the carpet fibers have worn in high traffic areas and will never look "new" again but I'll tell you that they are closer to looking new than I ever could have imagined. I really didn't think they were going to look any different and had already started to look for replacement carpet. Now we don't have to buy new carpet so I guess you could say that using Zerorez saved us Thousands of dollars.
