I am totally amazed at the cleaning power of the product. I had a stain on the carpet that would not come out at all and when the tech showed up, he sprayed the area a couple or three times, rubbed the spot with a rag and it was gone!! Wow!
Very hfriendly and helpfull.
The pet stains came right out, and it's been a week, and they have not resurfaced!

Don't change time commitments
Carpet was not stiff when finsihed was very soft. Now for the time test to see if it does indeed last longer.
While I thought you did a great job in cleaning my carpets, I did not appreciate the fact that you added an environmental fee on top of the regular fee that was quoted on your radio ad.
It is one of the new things consumers object to in this world of advertising......tacked on fees that we are not always aware of. You should include it the price of the job so we have full knowledge of what we are paying for up front!!!!!! Sorry you did that otherwise I would hardily recommend your business to all!
Outstanding professionalism as well as a supderior cleaning
The man that showed up at my house was friendly and honest. He took the time to answer my question and explain things to me. My carpets looked brand new afterwards and all the stains were gone. Then they left me bootys so I could wear in my house so I wouldn't get them dirty. I was very satisfied.
I love how there are no chemicals involved in the entire process and the carpets came out better than I could even imagine. They are practically brand new and I feel like I am no walking on a cloud instead of carpet. Thank you so much!
Carpets look good and service was great.
Carpets have been installed for 14 years. After you cleaned them they look as good as when they were installed. We couldn't be more pleased. We've already recommended Zerorez to many of our friends. Outstanding job at a fair price. Thanks.

Cassy was a great person to have clean your carpet .He was sooo nice and that helps a lot .I am a realestate sales person here at the Palm Of El Mirage in el mirage az. and I will recommend you to my clients . The only thing I didn't like it takes so long far it to dry . My carpet was pretty dirty and it looks so much better . I have my clients through my home all the time and it does get dirty in some areas.I will surwe use you again . I got some of Cassys cards to give to my clients .

We have listened to Danny Davis on KOY for many years and he praises Zerorez, so we decided to give you a try. We were very pleased starting with Jessica to set up the appointment to Casey Jones actually doing the job. We were amazed at how new our carpets looked after Casey was done. He showed us the difference with one sweep. Casey was extremely professional and explained how the process worked. We also were amazed at how smooth and soft our carpet felt! We have used other professional cleaners in the past, but we are sold on Zerorez!! We will recommend your service to our friend and relatives. Jessica and Casey are an asset to Zerorez! I love that it gets ALL the nastiness out of my carpets!! I have two kids and a BIG dog and we track a ton of dirt inside. I love that it's "just" water - no chemicals is awesome. I also love that there is no residue afterwards. We have tried soooooo many companies and you are by far the best!

The grout cleaning was excellent!!!!! The carpet cleaning is a different story. The heavy traffic area in the bedroom is still just a noticeable as it was before I had it cleaned. I probably would not have the carpet cleaned again, but I would do the grout cleaning.
The carpet felt crunchy after the cleaning & looks dirty already
The guys where great and the carpet looked great when the left. Then a little after a week had passed the spots started showing up again. I was hoping your company would be my answer to nice looking carpet. Is the any thing you can do to help me?
