My carpets look much cleaner and fresher because of your service. Even though two of them are pretty worn, they look so much better and my newer one looks new again. We really like the idea of empowered water cleaning our carpets and not chemicals. I liked the product so much that I asked to purchase some for cleaning other areas in my home. Tobias, our service man, was mazing and allowed me the chance to try it on my bathroom before purchasing. I have been telling my neighbors about it since and believe they want to try Zeroroz, too.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I have used your service and have been totally please each time. Your technicians have ALL been outstanding in their workmanship, professionalism, and making sure the customer is happy with their results. Carlos cleaned our tile yesterday and my husband and I both happened to notice him pushing a few rocks off the walkway that had been pulled up with the hose -- now THAT is attention to detail! I have recommended your company so much that our handyman (who is here a lot for one thing or another to the point we consider him a friend) now when his other clients ask him for a recommendation he gives them your company's name.

I was very pleased that the tech arrived on time, was very courteous and thorough in the cleaning job. It is my first time trying zerorez so if your advertising is true and the stains don't reappear in a couple of weeks, I'll be calling back!
That the product is safe for children and pets. How the carpet is not crunchy feeling after they are cleaned. Buddy, who was the technician, was very professional and did an excellent job! This is the second year we have had our carpets cleaned and will continue with your company.
The rug was great, the service great but the bed did not come clean with your service, I went back after the tech left and was able to remove most of the sweat stains with oxyclean, It took me over an hour but I really probably could have saved money by not having you clean the bed, I did a better job.

Our carpets are 5 shades lighter....wow!!!!!!! Your representative suggested to have the tile cleaned & sealed & I did not even know Zerrez did that.....glad he told us about it because it made such a difference! We were extremely happy with your service & will have you back in the fall around Oct. Be sure to pass along all our compliments to your serviceman & GIVE HIM A RAISE because he sure can sell!!!!!!

The service we had in 2011 was better thsn this year. It was a different tech who did the cleaning.
Carpet areas were brought back to life. We appreciated all the extra care serviceman took with our freshly painted areas.

It did an amazing job of restoring a badly animal stained carpet and the service man was very polite, efficiant and professional. He was up front about what might be the results of cleaning this older carpet, but the results were beyond expectations.
Fast. Friendly employees. They were in and out quicker than other carpet cleaners, and the carpet was cleaner than it has ever been. Looks brand new. They were able to get out stains that other companies were not able to. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
This was our second time using Zerorez of Phoenix and they did another
outstanding job! We are very, very happy with their cleaning service.
We have brick flooring that was previously buildings built in the
1800s--fantastic job! It really brings out the red color of the brick.
The travertine floors, counters and showers all of which were superbly
cleaned look great! The technician well knowledgable and courteous. We
will continue to use their services and highly recommend them!
Our "window" was after 2 p.m.---I waited all day and called your office around 4--the secretary said it would be after 5 p.m. I was called again and told it would be after 6 p.m. We were very impressed with Josh. He was polite and hard-working. We had never used zerorez before and were quite pleased. We have rentals and will use you again--however, I especially wanted our 2 sets of stairs cleaned and since the technician arrived after 6 p.m., he only had time for 1 set. He did say he could come back, but haven't heard from him. He said he couldn't give us a price since it was so late and your office was closed, but he does have our credit card #--we would like to know how much the cleaning was.
Due to grandchildren, we had some spots that are still there--a neighbor said to give your treatment a few days and we'd see that your company was not as good as his is--we are wondering if some of the spots could be taken out--we realize that the red stain is hard to get out, but think maybe some of the spots should have come out.
