Excellent cleaning job. Not one stain left. Courteous tecnitions who were considerate of their surroundings and very careful.
The traffic areas on our white carpet had become an embarrassment. I'd tried a different professional carpet cleaner in the past and was not real pleased with the results. From the reviews I'd read on Zerorez, I was expecting some improvement on my past experience, but most of the comments had to do with stains, which was not what I was dealing with, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But the tech was very professional and seemed confident that the dirt would not be a problem, and when he was finished, I was truly amazed! My carpets look like new again. I will be using Zerorez for all my cleaning needs in the future.

Our Carpets looked like a war zone and I had a recliner that had everything you could think of spilled on it by small children ages a few months to 4 years old so you can imagine and it looks like it did the day I bought it.

The service rep, Carlos was personable,thorough and efficiant. Happy with the results. Have already recommended Zerorez to several friends. Just a heads up, I live in a retirement community and some of us need help moving furniture. It might be wise to offer a cleaning package that includes a furniture moving service.

The only carpet cleaning company we've ever used that permanently got stains out of our carpet. With all of the others, the stains always resurfaced eventually. Love the fresh, clean smell afterward. The staff--whether on the phone or in person--are always friendly.
Carpet stays cleaner longer and the carpet is not stiff.

The two young men who were here were very friendly, clean and professional. I would have them back anyday. My carpets and furniture look almost new again. We are seeing some of the spots popping out again. I don't know how to get rid of them.

I like the fact that there is no soap reside to attract dirt after the carpet has been cleaned. The people who work for Zerorez are friendly, knowledgable about cleaning, and courteous.

I used Zerorez so stains would not return as Zerorez advertises. It has only been a few days so I'm unable to determine if it was worth the extra money.
