The two technicians who came to
our house were very knowledgeable and
did an excellent cleaning our carpets and
upholstry. They were friendly and courteous,
which made the 8:00 a.m. appointment
on a Saturday less painful. :)
We tried Zero Rez in December and
immediately saw the positive difference

I believe you miss representing the quoted price of $119.00 when the workers come to the job they say the price does not include a $14 environmental fee. So why don't you be up front and say the price is $119 for thnree rooms plus a $14 environmental fee for a total of $133. On the Danny Davis morning show he states the price of $119 instead of the true price of $133. I believe you get the point. We are looking forward in a month or so to see how the carpets stand up after the cleaning that was done on February 1, 2012. We also had additional work performed as stated on your invoice.
I was amazed at how clean both carpet and tile was after treatment. I have had multiple companies clean the carpet and it was not as clean and also stiff to walk on after the process.

Our grout still needs cleaning. The zerorez tech claimed that the dark areas were thinset from the original installation.
