Service technician was personable, and our tiles are very clean.....But after watching the "sealing" process, I have to wonder if it was worth the price--did it actually cover and will it actually protect ?

I was very happy that Zerorez cared so much about the quality of their work and they were very concerned that I wasn't 100% satisfied initially. They sent out another great employee who redid the job at now cost to me and I was very impressed with the cleaning.
I was very satisfied with Levi's professionalism,however I still have the odor that I complained about. I purchased the extra and it did not take care of the problem. I just feel that I wasted my money this time. I will call again for other reasons but not odor.

When I called to schedule service, the lady who took the call was so polite. She was knowledgable and answered all my questions. I recieved my confirmation email and my "on our way call" as described. The rep that came to the house was friendly, honest, and professional. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He did a fabulous job on the carpet- it looks great! I was very pleased with the entire experience.

They do what they say they will do
Zack took the time to explain the difficulties with certain areas of my carpet and the best solution for cleaning those areas. When the job was finished, I was pleasantly surprised with the results.
We are very happy with how clean our carpet is now. The carpet was very dirty and considered replacing with wood floors. We were impressed with the cleaning method and extremely happy with the staff.

The technicians, Mark & Allen, worked hard the whole time. They were personable and when I told them I was on a budget they didn't keep trying to push additional services on me and I really appreciate that. The carpet now looks great & I will use ZeroRez again in the near future... Great Company :)

They are completely pet, kid, and allergy-safe. My home was treated very carefully to ensure nothing was damaged while cleaning. My house had a burglary and this was the first step to making me feel whole again, you guys even got fingerprint dust out! Thank you so much for helping my house feel like home again!
