Everything! Everything about Zerorez is professional and always exceeds my
expectations. The front office efficiently schedules my cleaning, and the tech
arrives on time. The equipment is as clean as my carpet and upholstery when they
leave! I love Zerorez and have used it for about 8 years. I'll never use anyone else!
That it's a "green" product, and you offer very friendly service! Everything was explained well, and the time estimate was right on, too.
We had our carpets cleaned,I had my doubts about one room in particular. Zerorez came and assured my wife that everything would turn out fine. They did not disappoint. The technicians were very curtious and professional as well. We will definatly call on Zerorez again and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

First of all I don't know what products were used other than water. If some chemical was used please let me know what it was. My understanding was your company does not use chemicals, just water only.

Fast, efficient, and clean: in 2 hours, Zerorez removed 25 years of dirt from my parents' carpeting. They were on-time, friendly, helpful, and left no mess. All the commercials I've been hearing for years turned out to be TRUE. It's so nice to find a service organization that performs as promised.

Zerorez was the best choice I could have made for my home. The service was fast, efficient, and friendly. They answered all questions I had before the cleaning took place and even took time to explain as they were doing the carpets. I had a spot on my carpet where the dog had left a mark and now the spot and the smell is completely gone. My carpets look better and smell better than they have in a long time. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone looking for an awesome carpet experience.

The carpet cleaner that came gave me the impression that he possibly couldn't clean the carpet because we had had a leak. I had to defend my decision by explaining all the steps we had taken to care for the carpet after the leak. This was very irritating, but because I like the zerorez process I didn't kick him out.

Tech was barely there an hour. Grout next to walls is still black. 390 $ was way too much.. Our friends had their whole house cleaned and sealed for 700 and tech washed by hand grout around walls by another company
no smell, excellent customer service (came on time and gave proper estimate of time it would take); outstanding accounting ahead of time of what my costs would be.
Exceedlingly professional, and I would use Zerorez again, and will recommend it to friends and colleagues.
