What's not to like? The tech was so very knowledgeable...especially since my husband was a professional carpet cleaner about 12 years ago and knows a lot about carpet care and cleaning. We were both impressed with not only the technician, but Zerorez and the whole process. Hubby gave the technician hints on how he could improve his and zerorez's performance and tech time by making a few minor changes to the hoses and all...but don't know if the tech went anywhere with it. It will be interesting to see our tech back for another couple of rooms we want to clean. Recommended your company to co-workers and family....a definite YES WE WILL!
I was fustrated because when I made the appt. I said I preferred early AM and when you called two days before it was between 1-3 and they didn't get here until 3:30 PM. It was way more expensive than I thought it would be and the main room did not clean up as good as the first time I had you. The two men were very nice and polite! They were A+ even though it was the end of the day.
I like that it doesn't have harsh chemicals and that it dried fast! We have a baby on the way and it eases my mind to know I can lay him on the carpet without worrying.

I love your product, and have and will continue referring others to it. I am very disappointed that when I ordered some product to use to 'spot' clean in between regular cleaning visits, I was told on the phone I would receive the cleaning water, a spray bottle, a mop, etc... for $57.00,(plus $10.00 delivery), however when your rep came I had to pay $67.00 for just the water and spray bottle...it seems your phone rep neglected to say the other cleaning aids would cost an additional $38.00!!! Needless to say I was VERY surprised and disappointed with your Co. I will never call you for info again unless I get a written quote. Suggest you change your phone message.

I liked that the technicians called me 10-15 minutes before they arrived at my home. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. And my rug came back good as new. It was great!

No smell or crunchyness
Customer service is very good. Pricing of area rugs about 50% to high given that you clean 3 rooms for 129. I did have 2 cleaned at 77.00 because they needed it, but my wool rug, I said no to and if I could have paid 40 like the extra rooms, I would have. Next time, I will probably not pay that much money to have area rugs cleaned. Thank you.

The technician was very friendly and very thorough. I had some pet stains that I was unable to get up and the dogs kept peeing in the same spot even after I had cleaned it. With the pet treatment he did, the stains and the smell is gone and my dogs haven't even sniffed that spot since!
I was very disappointed that your representative mentioned stains would not return as fast with this process; however, they did! Therefore, I was very unhappy!
He was very curtious and informative; however, tried a stainless steel cleaner that was not good! We attempted to clean one of my stainless steel appliances and it did not work!
Right now it looks perfect, I like that it dries fast and it stays looking clean longer than other company's service.
I had only one day and one time slot that I could book someone to come and clean my carpets. Zerorez was gracious enough to work me into their busy schedule that accomodated mine. The Last name removed was resonable and the carpets look great.

I like the product and the results that zerorez offers.The only consideration I had was the overall cost per square foot.If it's a system that changes the water why is the product so expensive?I usually get my carpets cleaned twice a year.For a returning customer couldn't you offer something a little more attractive like four rooms for $129.00.I asked a return call but didn't receive one.I wanted to emphasize that the technician did an excellent job with the carpet.If the overall cost was a little more reasonable I could get more of my carpet cleaned.I usually prioritize the carpet that needs to be done.Please feel free to call.Phone number removed) Thanks-Name removed
I love that you do not use suds/chemicals and it really did get my carpet cleaner than ever before, almost like new.
the young man who came out was very polite and knowledgable. He got to work and made sure we knew how long to dry and gave us booties knowing we couldn't stay off of it. The thing I appreciate the most is the fact that the process and the product works just as Barry Young describes on KFYI. It does and extremely good job of cleaning and it doesn't leave a funky odor, the carpet was dry in hours instead of days and it didn't leave the carpet sounding or feeling like you're walking on corn flakes of rice crispies.
The Technician Mike was a very nice young fella and he did a very meticulous and through job on all the areas I asked him to address.
The two old bedrooms upstairs hadn't been cleaned in the almost 20 years we'd been here and were in pretty bad shape between our two boys and three grandchildren living in those spaces, in fact the two year old grandson had a bad habit of peeing on the carpet in one of the rooms. But now they're clean as a whistle and look better than they ever have!
The youngest grandson had also left some spots on brand new carpet, that had been installed less than 6 months ago in the front room on the first floor, due to recent damage caused by another contractor.
Mike did an exemplary job of cleaning up the spots on the first floor and a number of "pet"stains and a number of other blemishes of unknown origin in two small bedrooms upstairs.
And yes I've already told Mike that I was going to have him back, to do some other spaces that I'll be clearing. I just have to move stuff out of those areas into those that have already been cleaned.
If I could I'd give the whole process a 12 for "service above and beyond"...
