I suppose our first experience with Zerorez spoiled us. This was a little over a year ago. This was a very experienced man, who took the time to explain in detail what he was going to do, spent an inordinate amount of time on doing the job and in the process sold us an additional service because he had credibility. Rather than tell us what he couldn't do, he explained what he intended to do to get the best possible cleaning experience for us and he did! This is why we engaged Zerorez a second time. It's possible he set the standard so high anyone else could not measure up.
The tech was on time, called prior to arriving and completed the job in a professional manner.
That you don't put shampoo into the carpet & your worker is very polite.
The carpets look great and the service people really know there business. Besides tht they do a greta job on the carpets.

your technician was prompt and fast - he was able to take out stains that look terrible in my sons bedroom. One little problem -he broke a pot that I had on the side of my front door as he was bringing in the big blue hose - for the future he might want to move things that could be in his way. I am not upset about it because I know he felt terrible and he offered to take out $20.00 Dollars off of the bill or give me a carpet treatment for two of the rooms - I went for the treatment.
The 2 guys that came out were on time and did a awesome job. It was so cool to get a service that exceeded how it was sold. Wish more outfits followed your lead. Thanks

I love the empowered water. It is amazing at removing stains in my carpet from my dog. Just cleaned my tile floors with my new mop and the empowered water. So easy and the floor looks so clean!!

Extremely pricey and yes I did get the estimate prior to service. I did not expect it to cost so much, but was really needing the carpets to be cleaned. I didn't have time to search for another carpet cleaning company.

The young man did an excellent job of making our carpet clean in many places that I didn't think he could. Our carpet is 17 years old.
I liked how the carpet came out when we moved in the relator told me that the carpets were just cleaned just the other day befor we came to look at the house but yet you still could see the high trafic ares, yet after your were done cleaning the carpet lookde like new and there wasnt the normal crunchy carpet feel when you walked on it after it was dry

Friendly & efficient. The was some initial residue but if went away quite quickly. It was probably due to detergents from previous cleaning companies.
Cody was very professional and did a great job. My carpets look great. The only suggestion I have is with the cost estimate. I was told the special was 3 rooms for $129.00, and then when I actually booked the appointment, I was told it would be $129.00 PLUS a $14.00 environmental fee. I don't know exactly what that is, but this fee should just be included in the quoted price and not added in after you have us sold. It seems rather misleading! All in all, I was very happy with the service and my carpets look great. Please let me know if you offer any discounts in the future.
