great sevice quick and friendly staff and no cleaners just water
Timely service, professional polite technician, carpets turned out great.
The appointment was scheduled weeks in advance for the morning time frame. When they called me a few days before to give my the exact time it was changed to an afternoon appointment. They could not accommodate my original time frame so I had to take time off work. Not happy.

Everyone at Zerorez is professtional and courteous. Zerorez takes the time to do the job 110% and if you are not satisifed they come back to fix it and make it right. I like the fact that there are not chemicals and detergents used in the cleaning solutions. The cleaning last me for a longer period of time that way.
How professional your tech was and at the remarkable change from the way our carpet looked and the way it looks now after cleaning. The fact that the carpet dried so fast and not crunchy. It was absolutely a great experience.
very knowledgeable and professional service men who came to house.one problem was young woman who answered phone to take appointment. she sounded as if I was talking to my 13 yr. old grand child, I had trouble understanding her and had to ask her to repeat a few times, and in her oobvious agrivation she said "O God" at one point.name was Brittany.

I was not sure because I heard Barry Young say this was a different process. But went for it and am very happy and glad I did. The young service person was just great, and I felt that I could trust him. I am a widow and live alone, so always a little hesitant about workmen in the house.

I have used Zerorez for the past 5 years. I appreciate that the technicians are both curteous and hardworking. I have been very pleased with the process with which Zerorez cleans the carpets. I have had a variety of "spills" and each time Zerorez has been successful in removing the "soil". My carpets are clean, beautiful and I really like that there is no residue build up.

Bronson I think is the best tech at zerorez he did a wonderful job on my carpets, I think he deserves a big bonus plus a two week paid vacation
