I liked how clean and fresh the carpets looked after cleaning.

The "Enpowered water" is really cool. The idea of not using shampoo or soaps is awsome. Your representative that did the work was incredibly friendly and professional along with his knowledge of the product really impressed me. He was personable and yet still got to work and was productive with his time. He's a keeper!!!!

I only had tile cleaned and I really think it wasn't thorough enough. It seemed that he just whizzed through. My tile has lots of indentions and I would like to have him go a little slower with the scrubber. It was more like a lick and a promise than real cleaning.

This is the third year in a row I have used Zerorez. Your Techs are great and I am very happy with the results.

Pricing for oversize rooms was a little high. When a room is just a little bigger than the 20 by 15 max on the special, it counts as a double room. Plus a room where the rug was mostly covered by furniture, it still got doubled. Overall, even with the 3 rooms for $129, it was still a little pricey - $389, when it only took about 2 1/2 hours.

Mark did a remarkable job. Carpets came out better than when they were new. His work ethic was so appreciated. He would not stop until things were perfect. I had him clean my love seat and couch and they, too, turned out better than when new. I have told my neighbor about Zerorez and she took a business card from Mark. I am sure you will hear from her.

Perhaps it was just lucky timing for my phone call for service, but I phoned on Monday & was able to get carpets cleaned on Thursday....impressed with that! Carpets are cleaned & look like "brand new" again.....impressed again! I will definitely recommend your company to friends & family. Thank you for the great service!

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Carpets have come cleaner than I could have expected. The staff is extremely professional and go above and beyond. I plan on continuing to use Zerorez and referring them indefinitely.

I'm a little disappointed in my stone cleaning and sealing. I thought the seal would give the travertine a very very slight sheen, especially in the traffic areas. Instead it is dull, and the areas that don't get traffic don't match, so it still looks dirty.

We used the floor tile cleaning service and the floor looks brand new even though it is 10 years old.

Our technician was SUPER! I've had a lot of carpet cleaners in the past and this guy (Al?) was the best ever.

I had heard the advertisements on the radio and they said the carpets would not have the "crunchy" feeling. My carpets were very crunchy and I had to vaccuum them again to get rid of the feeling. They also felt like there was something on them - not as soft as they used to be.

Stop the minimum $199 charge to Cave Creek. Too much considering you have to move the furniture yourself. The carpets look great. Love the service. Feel cheated on the Cave Creek up charge.

Hmmm, where to start??? I expected your service to be on time. I was told between 3 & 5 (I wrote this down, and repeated it back to the scheduler), but when I called after 5, I was told he was scheduled to be here between 4 & 6. But, I was his next call.
The rep was very friendly, but he kept disappearing.
My carpets were "crunchy" when it dried (the next day) and high traffic areas were not as clean as they should have been for the price I paid. $500.00
Your service is overpriced and the quality was poor.
When I talked to some of my friends, they all said that they were dissapointed and would never recommend you to anyone either.

I am very happy with the way the carpets responded to the Zerorez cleaning. The technician was very courteous, and informative. I will use Zerorez again.

Our carpet and tile floors (whole house) are beautiful! I like the 0 chemical aspect, and the service person was meticulous!

I don't know what porducts you use... but the spots in my rug came out and they look great . I've had them cleaned before and after awhile the spots came back. I would highly recommend your company .

I have used Zerorez myself for a few years and my daughter also uses Zerorez. We have tried many, many other carpet cleaning companies and we have found that the solution and method of applying the solution seems to result in much cleaner carpets. We have actually had them clean certain carpets which we thought might have to be replaced and they actually were able to get the stains and dirty pathways out. I find their technicians to be very professional and friendly.

Simply the best cleaning service I've ever used.

To start off, the follow-up phone calls and emails confirming my appointment were perfect. When the technician Casey Canavan arrived he was very polite, professional and listened to my questions. Casey also answered my questions and explained what he was going to do.
I also like the fact that your equipment was clean and that Casey put hose guards down to protect my furniture and walls.
I will and have already recommended your company to coworkers. If you have flyer's that I can post on the bulletin boards at work I would be willing to do that. I work for the city of Phoenix and I would recommend your company to everyone.
If I had one request it would be when I initially called to set my appointment up I felt Brittney didn't seem too enthusiastic about scheduling my appointment. When Brittney called back later that week she was a little more "friendly" but, I still was concerned on how the rest of the job would go.
