The Zerorez serviceman arrived on time and did an impressive job cleaning my carpets. He was very efficient and thorough and answered all my questions in a competent and informative manner. I will call Zerorez again when my carpets need cleaned.

This was my first time using Zerorez, and I'm extremely satisfied! Our carpet is white, again! We vaccum regularly, but after 5 years, the pile on our carpet had become worn flat and discolored. The Zerorez team was very professional, answered all of my questions, and took extra care not to harm wall corners or furniture. The carpet is like new again and is so soft and clean! I was worried that I would feel some residue when walking in bare feet, but there isn't one, just like the product claims. It took about 5 hours for it to dry enough to walk on, but was completely dry overnight. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!

I love the fact that my carpets are not soaked with water like a lot of other companies. My carpets always look like brand new after cleaning and I am especially impressed with the stone cleaning I had done. My floors look absolutely beautiful. I will never go to another company. Zerorez is the best.
No chemicals, no residue. You came back to redo an area that wasn't quite clean, and
it looks great now. For a 15 to 20 year old carpet, it turned out better than expected.

As this was our first use of ZeroRez, it would have been nice to know that the cleaning product used remove the original ScotchGuard
The technician was prompt and courteous. He explained all the available options and how he treated different area problems. There was no odor and the carpet dried quickly. All the areas looked brand new after completion.
