This was our third or maybe even fourth time using zerorez. Every other time we were highly satisfied. However, this time left us disappointed. There were still colored stains in the carpet which I then was able to remove the next day using spotshot. One was a pink stain and the others were darker traffic areas. Also, I did not feel that the technician was very knowledgable about the product or carpet in general. In one place he stated there was a seam - and there was no seam in the carpet. And finally, he tried to quote me a higher price on the living room, saying it was oversized. It told him it had never been priced as oversized the other times we used Zerorez. He resized it and said he must have made a mistake. I am not sure I will use Zerorez again. I'm sorry!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THE CLEANER SHOWED WAS VERY RUDE AND NOT PROFECIONAL, HE DID APPOLOGISED AFTER. MY CARPET ONCE GOT DRIED HAS SOME MARKS THAT IS GOING TO TAKE SOME TIME TO GET RIDE OF IT.

the machine they used removed some of the wax finish on our tile. maybe a different psi could have been used to prevent that.

I Was pleased with the courtesy and efficiency of the technicians. Mostly I was delighted and amazed at the final results.

I like the chemical free cleaning especially with three young children! The carpets turned out awesome! I am very satisfied and will use them again in the future!

I asked many questions regarding pricing before scheduling with you. Based on what I was told, I thought I had a pretty accurate ballpark for what the service would cost. However, once the crew showed up, they told me it was the same number of rooms as I figured, but told me it would cost just over twice what I had been led to expect. I was very unhappy with being told it would cost an extra $80 to do the stairs because they would take 20 minutes to do, etc. and that it was extra because my family room also counted as a "hallway". Then, it seemed like everything started to resemble buying a used car. We wasted over an hour discussing pricing which was very frustrating. At the end of the day, my carpets generally looked very nice, but the 3 stains looked nearly unchanged.

Great job, but expensive. That may put some people off. I feel we got our money's worth.

My carpet looked so awesome when the guys were finished that I ended up adding protectant (that I wasn't planning on) to the carpet. I was that impressed. The doorways into each room looked awesome and there were no dirty marks. BUT then the carpet dried. The next morning the entryways still looked great but several of the dirty spots reappeared. I spent $150 more than my last carpet cleaning, so the fact the my master bedroom which has always cleaned up really well is only mediocre, is a disappointment. I even spent extra on enzyme treatment for that room. At the end the technician told me that my job wasn't warranted because my carpets weren't "zerorez" yet because of soap left behind at previous cleanings. That really made me unhappy. So I have mixed feelings at this point. I only hope the extra money I spend on protectant is worth it.

The results of the product is wonderful and the efficient manner of the technician was greatly appreciated. My carpet, which is ten years old, looks like new!

I appreciated the initial contact from Levi. A firm hand shake and good eye contact go a long way! Levi explained the process and asked if I had any questions. He then went over the total cost, made sure all corners were protected and got to work. The total outcome of the 3 rooms was fantastic. I will and have already recommended zerorez to my co-workers and neighbors. I will be calling again the next time around.

I liked that my room did not smell like chemicals, but clean and the carpet was not crunchy as it dried. My carpet looked amazing, almost like new and my couch looked great.

I like the use of water rather than cleaning agents and soap. The process didn't leave my house smelling like detergents. My carpet and love seat look great. The technician was courteous, knowledgable, and informative. He explained the process, provided information, and asked about any questions or concerns I had before he began the cleaning process.

This was the first time I have used Zerorez but have been hearing good things so I decided to try them out. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees and that they were able to fit me in very quickly after calling for an appointment. The worker who came was early and worked efficiently and did a great job. I don't have opinions either way on chemicals but it was nice to know that no chemicals are used and the carpets came out very clean - better than I expected - and dried very quickly!! I was very impressed with Zerorez and will only use them as carpet cleaners from now on. I have been recommending them to anyone who asks and even people who don't! :)
