Did an outstanding job cleaning very dirty older carpets. Was amazed at the difference. Also, the carpets feel clean, none of that sticky soapy residue. The guys that came were very polite and professional. My only complaint is the person who booked the appointment had the servicemen come over an hour before the start of the scheduled time. They did come back, but you could do a better job of scheduling appointments or giving the service people a correct timeframe of when they are supposed to show up.

I have used other companies and they are much better on giving you a time they will arrive so you are not waiting around as we had to with your company.

Zerorez cleaned the carpet but I could see traffic patterns in three different places. They called to see if I was satisfied; would I like a "redo". They came again and recleaned those areas. The carpet looks great. I definitely will call them again for the next cleaning. No soap is a good thing!!

Carpeting is very clean with no remaining residue. Colors in area rug are bright again.

This is my first experience with your company. I am moving into a new place and though the carpets didn't appear to be very soiled I wanted them freshened before moving in my things. You are highly recommended by the fellows on KNIX so I thought I'd give you a try. I haven't "lived" with the carpets yet, so it is difficult to make a judgement but they appear to be fine.

Your technician was on time (which I appreciate, as so many service people are not) he was personable, left my home with no mess, was knowlegeable, answering all my questions. Plus he made a good sized sale too. I now am the owner of cleaning supplies for my tile too. Better give him a raise.

The carpets looked beautiful for the first couple of days and they still look very nice, however stains are starting to resurface. For the amount of money I thought it would last longer. The men that came and cleaned my caspet were very professional.
