I like that there is no shampoo involved in the cleaning. Also, the service from Kirby was excellent!!!

We would like to leave you with a little note concerning the cleaning of our tile and grout on April 6, 2013. Your Technician, Bronson Figueroa, did a fantastic job with the cleaning! He was personable, conscientious, and knowledgeable; he definitely took pride in his work. Setting the appointment was easy. The technician arrived on schedule, explained every thing that he was doing. The price was right too
Amazed of how clean our carpets came out. Having never had them cleaned before, I was a little concerned about that. (We have 3 kids, 1 dog and 2 cats) They look amazing!! The service tech was very professional and friendly.

Technicians were awesome, kind, and knowledgeable. The outcome was amazing. There were spots in the carpet I never thought would come out, but Zerorez was able to get them out. The grout also cleaned up better than my expectations.

The technician, Joel, was excellent and was dedicated to doing a good job. My first thought was he was going to rush because it was late (5pm) and he would want to get out of there. But he stayed until 8:30 and said he had to work harder on some areas than others. He really seemed like he cared about how well he did on the job which you don't find much any more! The carpets and tile look GREAT. I am amazed at how well the process works and will use Zerorez for all my future cleaning needs. And the price is reasonable, not much higher than the traditional methods of cleaning.

The men who cleaned were very polite, neat,clean, no smoking (which I really liked. Also I liked the fact that when I walked on the carpet after the cleaning, drying, it was soft and felt good, instead of stiff.

The carpet looks great and the stains are pretty much all gone. Very impressed with service and outcome.
A pet stain did not come out very well, I don't think my technician went over it but one time, would have liked to see him go over it a couple of times. Other than that, my carpets look good and I will definitely use you again.
Maybe giving cost of tile sealing and cleaning up front at the time customer calls for a quote. You service man did a good job and was very informative.
