The technicians were very impressive. So professional and friendly. The carpet and tile came out really clean. The whole experience from online scheduling, confirmation email, heads up call from tech, to first impression of techs and excellent service was very refreshing. I sound like a commercial, but I was just very impressed. A truly satisfied customer.

I never received a confirmation call for my appointment

Tile cleaning was not as expected. Believe sales person upsold me with false intent. Afterwards he stated "he thought I was wanting to seal the grout" which never came into our conversation at all. I stated I was having it cleaned as it had been a few years.

After vacuuming my carpet again this week (twice now), I still have a vacuum full of dirt coming off the carpet. If truly cleaned, it should be nominal at this time as only me and my son and we have been taking our shoes off at the door since carpet cleaned. Not certain what was cleaned.

Tobias our technician was very courteous and explained the process of cleaning the carpets. He was sociable and enjoyable and I would request him the next time we have our carpets cleaned. I always did my own carpets in the past and was very satisfied with the job zerorez did completeing a thorough deep cleaning.

Your company did a great job cleaning the carpet, told me about other services and products available and your services people were friendly and not "pushy".

Animal smell/stain removal

No chemicals to worry about and NO sticky residue at then end. Looks like a new carpet!

Prices are a little high.

There was a charge for each step and the techinician only cleaned the top of the step.

Professonalism and price

We liked the fact there were no chemicals used since we have pets. Our carpets looked better than before when Chem Dry used to clean them! We have recommended Zerorez to several friends and family.

Very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. Radio commercial talks about not having hard carpet "like the other guy" but my traffic area looks no better and feels hard to me.

There are some dirt streaks left on my creme carpet in the living room.

My carpets felt crunchy and matted down, i had to use the rake i bought from Stanley Steamer to fluff up them up.and the stains came back right. away and it wasn't cheep. my "3" room special [$119 - my great room was considered "3" rooms and was charged extra for a 2'x3'hall] turn into $168.00

It was just really expensive.
