I feel like I wasted $133.00!!! Had my carpet urine treated and there is NO change. Cory was at my house less than an hour!
The carpet look great after being cleaned. The two men that provided the service were friendly.
we keep doors closed because we have small children who we dont want in certain areas of the house, when zerorez came they cleaned the hallway, and i didnt realize they didnt open the door to clean all the way over the threshold. So we have about an inch of dirty carpet that wasnt cleaned when you open the door. Lesson learned, i just wish they would have told me to open the doors. Other than that i am very happy with our carpet cleaning and would use them again. they called and gave a 10 minute warning which was helpful and left booties so we wouldnt get our carpet dirty before it dried. curteous and respectful workers.
Very poor job. Stains were not removed. Following treatment, a large blue/black streak appeared in the carpet. No customer service available on Saturday even though we were requested to notify them of any problems. We would like you to come and see what a poor job was done and to understand why we will not be paying for the service or use your services again.

End result was fantastic. Kitchen tile has never looked as good. Texture of carpet feels softer than when new.
Technicans were extremly curtious and explained entire process very thouroghly before begining.

The technicians really worked hard to get the carpet as clean as possible. I like how the carpet feels when it is done and dry. VERY happy with the results!!

Friendly staff. My cleaner was super nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable with him in my home with me.
I appreciated how the technician kept me informed about the process and products used. He was very professional and personable. I also liked the fact that there was no soap residue which makes the carpet feel stiff. The carpets looked brand new and I'm talking about 10 year old carpeting that is very worn in places. Great service, great products.

Kept trying to sell me more than I wanted
clean, neat, no chemicals, got the stains out, prompt service, on-time and carpets smell nice.
They do not use smelly chemicals.
The "zero res-idue" aspect of the product--that I won't have to worry about old soaps/shampoos leaving their dirty, crusty residue in the my carpet fibers, making my carpeting truly "clean."
The technicians who performed my service were very professional and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and their products and services.

The tech that you sent to our house was very polite and did an awesome job. He was very friendly and explained the process, kept us informed on what he was doing. We had another company clean our carpets about 3 months ago, and we seemed to get some really bad spots afterwards. Daniel our tech explained that it was due to the chemicals they used, and that Zerorez would not leave those marks. He was even able to get those spots up during the cleaning. I can't express how happy our family was with the work that Daniel Seville did. He is a true asset to your company and you are lucky to have a hard working, customer foucsed employee like him onboard Next time we need carpets cleaned we will be sure to ask for him.

I especially like the concept of no soap and/or no chemicals in the process. Your technician took the necessary time to thorouhly do his work and not speed cleaning like some of the previous experiences I have had with other carpet cleaners in the past.

Very clean with no residue.
The job was done quickly and loved the result! Carpet looked better than it has in years and the feeling of how it was turned out once it dried was superior to any other company I have used prior. I am a little bent about the fact I was quoted $119 for 3 rooms and I had 2 rooms and a very long hall way done(all of which were completely clear so it was very easy to clean) and was charged $205!!! Quite a big difference from what I was quoted on the phone if you ask me. And yes, I was told by the driver/operator prior to him doing the job that it would be nearlhy twice of what I was quoted, but I had already taken the day off and moved all of my furniture so I was in no mood to call another company at that point. I kinda feel like a fast one was pulled!
Although many dog urine stains were removed, not all were. I went over the areas, and there is still residue showing under a black light. For $850, the cost of carpeting, it should have been spotless.
I was very pleased to see such great results on a carpet that a previous carpet cleaner told us needed to be replaced. No so indicated your technician. The very problematic traffic areas came clean and the carpet felt rerally good. Great technician..

Y'all didn't disappoint, it's just that the dog pee didn't come out...so I wasn't AMAZED. They forgot to clean the closet too :(. But I could tell the carpet was a whole lot cleaner than before. The guys were awesome, though.
Don't quote prices over the phone, and then have the field techs measure and increase the price by over $150.00. I told the person on the phone that I had 9 rooms, and she quoted $359.00 plus an environmental frr of $14.00. My bill was $538.00. The only thing she did tell me was that any room over 330 sf would be considerd two rooms. If anything, just tell everyone that it will be $40.00 per room, plus the fee.
