Your Guy was Great, Clean & Polite. We have been in a rental where the Carpets were supposedly cleaned when we moved in, But they were never this clean! I wanted you guy's last year but the wife called someone else and when they left the house smelled like a hotel. I have told everyone about you guy's! And sorry for the late feedback, The wife was very happy and also tipped the cleaner when he was off to His next appointment. no chemicals, safe for kids and pets

Troy was extremely attentive to details like protecting wall corners and keeping the front door as tightly closed around the hose as possible to keep out the heat. He did an excellent job, was courteous, careful and very thorough. We were VERY satisfied with the results. It was a pleasure to have such a polite young man in our home.

cleans thoroughly and smells clean

The stains on my carpet came up easily and my carpet dried alot quicker than with other companies cleaning. I also like that you didn't use strong chemicals. The service gentleman, Andrew, was exceptionally professional and pleasant. I will ask for him when I call again.

Green, cleaner way of getting the carpet/tile cleaned.

The tech that came out was awesome....very professional, clean cut and great communication skills. Something that other companies forget about when hiring someone that represents the company (I can't remember his name...I think it was Dylan?)....sorry, with so many vendors I've dealt with in getting house in shape just in the last couple of weeks....can't remember.

We had a schedualed appointment between 2 & 4. At 10:45am on the 18th a Zerorez rep called and asked if we can move my time frame and i had told we could NOT change it because nobody was home, she said thats fine. Then at 10:52am the tech called me and said he was on his way and will be there in 20 mins and i told theres no way i told him he needs to contact the rep that called me. Needless to say he wanted to inter my home with nobody there to start cleaning beacuse his dispatch told him to take a long lunch and he didnt fill like waiting. Thats why i think my carpet was not done properly i fill that he rushed. The tech was nice and curtsey.

I was impressed with what the tech showed me regarding your product. I like that there are no harsh cimicals. The service was great and very prompt.

Carpet took too long to dry. Chem Dry is a much better system.

Most of the work was just fine. There was a heavy traffic area between the living room and the family room we failed to mention to give a little more attention to. It is right at the rug / tile border. Perhaps your workers are instructed not to point out particularly dirty areas, and leave that to the customer to note, but in this case it would have been appreciated.

Always on time and you take waste water away.

I know that there are always time constraints with a job. We did ask to have an add-on service performed once the technician arrived and he agreed. Once finished with the carpets, he suggested a stain repellant for an additional upcharge, when we declined, he stated he could not perform the steam clean of the couch. If he had time to perform the upcharge item, why did he not have time to do the agreed upon couch cleaning. Seemed unprofessional to change his mind based on services performed.

The carpet came out very clean looking and soft, not hard like the other carpet cleaners.
The attendant was very, very nice.

Extra charges were not worth the cost. Carpet din't look as good as when I do it myself.

Andrew (Yesol), our technician, did a very thorough job of cleaning and sealing our tile and was very profession in how he performed his work and treated us. We will call Zerorez again soon to clean our carpet.

Came within timeframe give. Technician was courteous and did an excellent job. He even gave us plastic booties at the end so we wouldn't walk on the wet carpet. Very pleased. I also liked that I could make my appointment on the internet.

Very impressed. My carpet is 3 1/2 years old, and it looked 10 years old. Having kids and a dog, I thought my carpet was never going to look the same again. I'm very happy to say, that my carpet looks new again! Very impressed!! Will make sure to recommend Zerorez to my friends.
