You show up on time, the workers are very helpful, and they do a great job. Your system works very good. My mother-in-law was very impressed (we did her house), and she is very difficult to impress! The price was also very reasonable.
Clean carpet with no residue. The two times Zerorez has cleaned our carpets we have been very satisfied. The cleaning techs always did more than we expected.

We handled this service remotely. It was refreshing to have a company come in and do what they said they would do -- and do it well. We had our realtor go check and she said the tile looked amazing... Wish I had learned about your company years ago.

No smell at all like you usually have with other carpet cleaners and chemicals. Dried very fast and was so soft to the touch. Your price was another welcome feature. No chemicals and/or residue to attract dirt; everyone I came into contact with, from reservation through service, was very helpful and professional.
Everything is great about Zerorez. We have used them many times for all our homes and rental properties. The only thing I would change is when doing an entire home I think two people should do the job not just one person.
