Did the job
on a referral from a friend and radio ads, i tried u guys. a 4-6 appt turned to "approximately 3". then at 2 "approximately now". after rescheduling w/ parents to cover, showed up at 315. decent work. problematic scheduling.
What a fantastic job your service rep did. He called just before he got there, he was very friendly and respectful, he went above and beyond what I had expected. The carpet looks like new.

Brian was extremely hard-working and helpful ... and very eager to please. He did miracles, but then he carefully explained how Zerorez works and we love that NO CHEMICALS were used. We were truly amazed ... really amazed ... that Brian and Zerorez were able to extricate several melted rubber spots from our carpet. We had them covered with a rug because we could not begin to get them up ourselves. Brian extended himself, making for a very long day, by also cleaning our horrible shower tiles and grout. The best thing about this job was how he cleaned our brick fireplace. AMAZING AND BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Barry Young was right about you, and that's why we called Zerorez. Thank you.

It definitely worked better in taking out the dirt than Stanley Steamer or Coit. as I have used both of these services, before using zero res. and I can tell a huge difference - although - I believe i will need to schedule zero res out again in two more months - to go over two rooms again - as we just have so Much Dirt and Soap in the Pad.
Also - the young man you sent out was very clean cut and Professional - i did not have any concerns with him - he did a great job.
I think the cost doesn't match the results. I have had carpet cleaners move light furniture, put protectors under heavier pieces, place corner bumpers to protect walls, and overall go above and beyond just pushing around a cleaning machine for a fraction of the cost. I also felt like I had to spend over twice as much as the advertised special price to get a good result.
The service was on time and the results were as expected. Consistently clean carpets. Nice personable staff and amazing results.
The carpets look great, but your service is a little pricey. I would have had another room and an area rug cleaned, but that almost doubled the price. We got new carpeting in the bedrooms, so I want to keep them clean with Zerorez, so hopefully it will stay cleaner longer. The proof is in the pudding....we'll see how it lasts.
Service tech was friendly and polite. However, there were residue footprints on our tile floor, up the wood stairs, and in the wood hallways that needed to be cleaned off.

There is a spot on one of the rugs that was not there before the guy cleaned the rug. It is yellow on an off-white rug.
Matt was very professional and on time. The carpets look almost brand new and they are over 10 years old.

Very impressed by measures taken to protect corners of walls from hoses used to clean and also that technician wore booties to protect cleaned carpet while still wet.

Very friendly people. I liked the way the carpets looked and felt after they were cleaned. It didn't have that soapy crunchy feel to them and they dried quickly.
I had a large commercial area cleaned. The servicer who helped me was very profissional but it did seem to tale quite a while for the job to be completed.
Your associates are friendly and do an excellent job
The technician was great and arrived on time. If I had know that the cleaning technique on my "Satillo" did not accomplish what I had expected which was based on the radio advertisment (KNIX) I would not have had the work performed. The annoucement said they would look like new and that was not true, I have seen videos where this style of tile did look clean, but I was not satasifed with the end result. I will still have to have them cleaned in the future.

I was very happy right after the carpets were cleaned - but now the areas that were dirty before the cleaning are looking dirty again - and it has only been two weeks. I thought Zerorez was supposed to fix the problem of dirt being attracted to these areas. We paid A LOT of money for this service and am not happy with the quality.
Prompt, quick and the carpet aside from looking clean, feels different to walk on than I have experienced from other Companies.
