Your representative was early. He was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed about his progress and kept showing me his work. When he was done, the carpets looked new even though they are 11 years old and the tile and grout looked awesome!! Great job!
I was very impressed by the knowledge of the service person who attended to my questions. He explained everything to me, and was also very professional in his looks and presentation. He did a great job cleaning my carpets and they look wonderful. I'll be a returning customer and will pass the news along! Thank you!
The products leave our carpet feeling brand new again! I have never had such nice, clean people come to clean our carpets it makes me and my family feel very safe.
On time, very courtesy did a great job.
He got all of the stains out. Yes I would definitely refer to a friend
You guys do a great job. Thank You!
Technician was knowledgeable, and did a terrific job. I especially like the fact that no caustic chemicals are used as I have multiple allergies. Fast efficient and my carpets look great!
Great customer service! Clean fresh feeling after it was done. No chemical smell or feeling! My carpet is fluffy and fresh. I was impressed with the temperature of the water and the pressure at which the water is injected it the carpet. Nine years of dirt gone. My carpet is like new. My technician "Nick" was meticulous. He had outstanding customer service and took extreme pride in his work. He didn’t miss a thing. I was a little skeptical at first. So I just tried the three room special at first. I ended up having him do the steps as well. I’m going to have them come back and do the upstairs rooms, tile floors and couches. NOTHING BUT ZEROREZ FROM NOW ON....
wtg to hear back for retreat on stains that appeared after carpets dried

attention to detail, they did not rush, did a very good job
Your tech was extremely professional and personable. I was given a window and they arrived in a very timely manner. I was told they would call approximately 15 mins before they arrived and that happened. Everything was explained thouroughly and everything I was told would happen did.
My carpets are SO SOFT and smell SO FRESH and look like they were just installed yesterday :-)
That your cleaning technology, is able to clean without the use of high-residue soaps, detergents, shampoos or chemicals. And it looked great when completed. Also that Ken was very informative and made me more knowledgably than I was before he came to clean my carpets.
I was very impressed with the young man Sean Haugan. He had a big smile on his face, was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. After he finished cleaning the carpets...they looked brand new and smelled fresh. I was very pleased.
The professionalism of your service techs...They made me feel confident they knew what they were doing and they did. They where friendly, courteous, easy to talk with and looked and acted very professional from the minute they arrived to the time they left.

My carpet was clean when the technician finished. No residue left on the carpets. Really like the water only method.
Cleaner for floor excellent
The technician did a very good job. He also took his time and explained what he was doing.
It was the service that blew me away. Both gentlemen were extremely professional taking great care with our home, cleaning it as if it was their own. They were friendly and highly informative. Without hesitation, I would recommend Zerorez to my friends as well as have them return for future cleaning.
The carpet and tile cleaning performed at our house was excellent. The cleaning techs were friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside was you sold my phone number to telemarketers. I so wish you wouldn't have done that.
Fast service clean carpet tops other companies I've used in the past.
Timely and professional.
