This is my third service with you. I have been VERY impressed with your technitians and how professional they are. My problem with this last cleaning is that two stains that were not present when you came, came up within a day or two of the cleaning. It is just a bit frustrating.

Went I first went and looked at the carpet, the carpet did not have that wet carpet smell....and the carpet looked great.

Zerorez is fantastic! I have never had my carpets turn out so well, it is so great not to feel the crunchie feeling normally associated with other carpet cleaning companies when you walk across the carpet after it dries. I also had my living room furniture cleaned - now they are perfect and look brand new again. The majority of my home is Saltilo tile, it turned out very nice, it is a very soft tile and I did have some of the glazing come up but all in all I am extremely happy with Zerorez. I also bought some of the Zerorez water, I can not believe how my windows have turned out, no streaking and crystal clear - really great product! I would use Zerorez again!

I liked the two hour period of time for the appointment being made. When I called that I needed to have my time pushed up to a later time (I called the day before the appointment
they were very pleasant about it and switched me to a latern time . Casey Jones was very polite , worked very hard and did everything he could to remove the ground in dirt. I have never used your company before, but I already recommended you to two friends and they have each used you and were vewry happy with zerores. I will use you again. Thank you!

Very professional staff. I was moving into a new house and had no idea what was in the carpet, just that it looked terrible. I didn't know how much good the cleaning would accomplish but was really amazed how clean and new the carpet turned out. Excellent job and the guys were great. I would highly recommend your company to anyone, in fact I asked for several business cards from your guys and gave them to the manager of my complex to use when other residence are looking for carpet cleaning referrals.
On time,accurate cost estimite, great cleaning our rugs and furniture, some of it over 25 years old,looks nearly new. Great process and service.

I spent all day scrubbing the tile floor myself. Then, had you guys clean it. Night and day difference. Looks like new again.

The grout around the tile is CLEAN!! It's much better job than we had done 2 years ago. The carpet area looks new so now the whole place looks like new! Glad we found you on Sonoran Living.
I can't be specific!. The carpet looks good; has staying power; technician seemed knowledgeable; Overall, I am very satisfied.
I specifically asked for a morning appointment and changed my work schedule on Thurs. to be home. The technician showed up at 1:20. That is not even close to being in the morning. There were 10 different tiles that had pieces chipped away after the cleaning was done. I unfortunately didn't see them until after the technician left and had to spend about 30 minutes mixing paint I had to cover them up. My carpet looks the same as it did before the technician cleaned it. I was expecting it to look better. My carpet had rolled or buckled, in about 5 or 6 areas, after the cleaning was done. I called Zerorez to find out why it was doing that. She said it was normal and if it didn't go away after 48 hours to call back and someone would come out a look at it. Today the carpet is not rolled up but you can see where it had been and the carpet actually seems indented now in those spots. I called Zerorez today but the person I was directed to talk to, Yvonne, was out of the office and would not be available until Monday.
