Technician was very professional and friendly

For all the commercials, advertising, and raves I guess I expected perfection. My carpets looked good but mind you, they weren't bad to begin with. All carpet was vacuumed twice and everything except beds & 2 dressers were removed from each room. I was surprised that your tech didn't put on 'booties' upon entering the house which he had to do a few times. The flooring throughout the house, exluding bedrooms, is Pergo. I wiped up water outside the door of each bedroom after they were cleaned & ended up rinsing off my floors later in the morning to remove water spots, footprints and hose marks in the halls and walking areas. Also, When I put the rooms back together I noticed the little hard plastic seperater between the sliding closet doors in the middle bedroom was broken. I only noticed because I couldn't slide it shut. All closets were cleaned out & vacuumed prior to carpet cleaning & wasn't broken. Having said all that, I am glad that my carpet is clean and good to go for a while...

A couple spots in one of the bedroooms were missed. Just called it in.

There is a film on my floor, I thought my floor would be clean, after 24 hrs areas look dirty that have not been walked on. How about a refund?

The technician was very professional and explained the process to me- came on time and when he left- my tiles were still somewhat wet so I didn't have any complaints at the time but after they dried- oh my- I am very disappointed with the results- I have a residue all over my tile-it looks awful- I also bought the$ 50.00 container of the empowered cleaning fluid because the technician convinced me it would be the best cleaning product I have ever had, I am going to be calling your office tomorrow to have someone come and get the fluid and to credit me for it because I would never use it- I don't want any more work done on my floors but maybe a supervisor could come out so I could show them why I am so disappointed- I do not want the same technician coming out to redo the job- I'm not happy with the first time so I wouldn't want to have it done again, but I do expect a refund on the fluid.

Have all of the employees charge the same. I had my upstairs cleaned last November and paid a fee of $295 and I had the exact same thing done this time with the same promotion and the fee was more. I was charged for things that weren't charged for before and for more cubic feet on the hallway. So, I don't know if your guys work on commission, but needless to say I wasn't to happy. Also, looking back at a previous receipt I was charged twice for the environmental fee when I had to have them come and clean one bedroom. I assume that when I am given a total before they start that everything is correct, but after i get the emailed receipt it is wrong…
