Drop Costs in this economy!! Your three room deal ended up way more than twice the cost of your ad. too many incidental charges.

The technician did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet in every room. We would like to have known about the special of three rooms for $129, but heard the advertisement a day too late--heard it on the radio on Rush Limbaugh this morning. Do you ever send out ads in an email? At any rate, the technician should be commended. He did a wonderful job and was so courteous and polite! We would like to know his name so that we could have him back again next time.

That there are no chemicals or soap used in the cleaning process. The water is really good. I'm using it already to clean glass, furniture and spots. The carpets are really clean and look new. The traffic patterns are gone. I realy didn't think any process could clean the carpets the way Zerorez did. Technitions were very professional, timely and courteous.

After the first cleaning I was disappointed with just one room. I called you and you had someone come back and redo the room. My only complaint was that it took two weeks to come back. The gentleman from Zerorez was very caring and concerned. I believe his name was Ryan and he did an excellent job.
Very impressed! Our tile looks amazing, just like it did when we first installed it. The whole process was quick and well worth the dollars spent. I will use Zerorez again without question.
Professional, quick, friendly
I was very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning that was done for us by your company. I called because of a problem with a cat that had sprayed in a corner of a room. My husband and I moved all of the furniture out except for three pieces that could not fit through the door. Those we placed in the middle of the room. Your company cleaned around the furniture, but then never attempted to move them- so the middle of the room never got touched! I've never had a carpet cleaning company not do 50% of a room! Also, the problem with the cat urine was still there. No special attention had been paid to it, despite my husband and I discussing it at length. I would never recommend your company. We paid a lot of money for poor quality.

The ionized water really works. I buy it by the gallon. I use it on my granite and other surfaces and it cleans great. I have pregnant and nursing daughters around plus little children and it is a "clean" cleaner to be able to use around them.
