Neat and clean and friendly service people. The carpets are cleaned quickly and dry fast, and stay clean much longer than chem-dry.

All in all a very good service.
Always very happy with the service. The carpet feels clean and soft; top notch! This is the first time the carpet was raked with a tool. This is also the first time we had a carpet separation at a glued seam. The technician made me aware of it, but only after it dried did I realize it will need to be professionally repaired. I have to call now for professional repair and re-stretch, so that I am not happy about.

Carpets smelled fresh and clean, after Manuel completed the job. He worked extra hard on the entrys to get the them as clean as possible and suceeded. He was very polite and professional.
the cost is high
All the edges of the tile floor are still dirty. Granted the floor was dirty to start with. There was a good size bug in a corner that I had to pick up. The basics were good but not the details.
No ordor, and it really works when it comes to getting stains out
Technician was very polite. He was on time and did a fantastic job of explaining the product and procedure to me. The job was done in a timely manner and my carpets look fantastic.
I like the fact that you use no chemicals in your process. The process worked well, and I had some tough areas in my carpet. I have already recommended your service to my neighbors.
On the other hand, my tile entry ( 3 ft x 3 ft ) and my kitchen floor were left a bit messy by having to drag all the hoses through it, and the water, which I can understand, it's not easy to manuver all that stuff cleanly, but the tech made no effort to try and clean up after himself. Not a hugh deal, but I though he could have at least offered.

There are just a few spots on my tile that need additional attention- It must have beeny hard to tell when the tile was wet, butits obious that it was during cleaning.

friendly guys, great results
Sanitizes, quick, removes most of dirt. I say "most of dirt" because soiled pathways on an OLD carpet didn't turn new. Still saw some shadow of the "gray" pathway. No problem. I know it is clean and will be replaced in a year or so. Was great in most places! Tile clean was great and resealed Travertine. Some dripping and a couple of smear spots left behind, but then, I am really picky! The people were awesome!

If I do not hear from you to come out and clean my grout I will post the pictures on Facebook and other Websites. If you do not remedy the problem I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well as sharing my poor experience with my church congregation and at the end of the month Pastor meeting with 9 of the leading churches in Glendale. I am truly disappointed and some of my family came over yesterday and did not believe I had the tile and grout cleaned.
The area specially treated and cleaned from a few dog urine accidents was not much better. I had to have the padding replaced and will probably have to reclean the carpet.

I asked the technicican about cleaning the edges of the tile because the machine was not touching those areas. He said the dust and dirt was painted over and could not be removed even after he tried his metal brush. When he left, I reached down with my finger and pulled the dust out of the edges. It seems they only clean the areas where the machine will reach. And those areas were cleaned very well. However, when paying a lot of money for cleaning, I expected the edges and corners to be cleaned as well. That technician could have been cleaning edges instead of wathcing the other technician work the machine.
More reasonable pricing for tile cleaning
I like that you don't use chemical cleaners and your customer service is great.
