The product cleaned my grout very well. It hadn't been professionally cleaned in over 10 years. You also sealed the grout. I liked the aroma left after cleaning. It was not over powering and it dissipated if a few hours. Yes I would and did recommend you to others. In fact, I was so please with the results that I called my daughter. She in turn has scheduled an appoint for next week. Thank you. and a two thumbs up to your employee Dominic. He was courteous, professional and I would also recommend him.

The carpets and upholstery are not much cleaner than before your cleaning service. In many places there is no difference before and after your service. The experience was a huge disappointment. I do not see any benefit to your product. I feel like I have been misled by your marketing. I would frankly appreciate a refund of at least half of the cost.
Your phones and failed the day of the service. I called your office many times, both using the local number and the national 866 number. It was a difficult experience. The technician arrived later than the timeframe we discussed. I sent my wife and kids out of the house early so the house was free. They had to change plans to accommodate the late arrival. This happened on Halloween and made our evening plans difficult.
On the bright side: your technician Josh Martinez was very service oriented. I would hire him. He was professional and pleasant.
My carpets look great and I was very concerned that some areas would not come clean and they look beautiful.

My appointment was about 5:30 p.m. And the lighting was poor and shadows made it difficult to see where the carpet was dirtiest.. Jonathon worked very hard to get the one really dirty spot clean but it needs a second cleaning. The carpet was much wetter than I expected because Jonathon was on his knees working so diligently to do a good job. It took two plus days for carpet to dry even with the use of fans.
Many of my neighbors have asked me about your process and unfortunately I can not give them an answer until you return to reclean the carpet and reapply the protective solution.
Your technician Joe Ruggiero did an outstanding job; superior to 2010 when I first used you. I will request him next time.

My carpets looks awesome!! The technician that came, whose name I don't recall, was very professional and got right to work once shown the rooms that I wanted cleaned. He was efficient, finished up in no time plus friendly too! I have 2 dogs & a cat, so there were pet stains, miscellaneous throw-ups, etc. Not to mention it's been approximately 5 years since I had the carpet laid, so you can imagine. . . I also had, had a renter for 2 years in 1 of the bedrooms and that room was really bad, but even that carpet looks like new! Lastly, I was given a time-frame of your arrival as being between 1pm-3pm, which was right on the money, you showed up around 1:30pm. So all in all, I am very happy and would definitely recommend your services to family, friends and use you again, myself. So good job ZEROREZ !!!!!

While Brian and the guy with him used pretreatment this time as well as edge protectors I can say I now know why my first experience was terrible. I am still however still going over spots as I finds them with a small brush and cleaning the grout and having to put grount sealer on afterwards so I would not say it was completely satisfying but far far better than the first time. I think it was a lack of training for the first technician in cleaning tile. Thank you, Name removed, I have not had time to call evonne back yet but I will as soon as I have time.
I called Zerorez because your advertising on conservative radio led me to believe that your service would be far superior to other floor cleaning services. This just was not the case.
The technician was very nice, prompt, etc. We did a walk through post cleaning, and because the floor was still pretty wet, I did not notice some disappointing results. There was some kind of white powdery residue in a couple of areas. There was still dirt in the corners of the tiled entry, and after the carpet dried, it was a little stiff and crunchy.
Your services are not cheap! I didn't expect to have to do more cleaning afterward.
We have moved out completely, and no longer have possession of the townhouse, so there is really nothing more that you can do for us.
I would not bad mouth your company, but I would not recommend it either.
No residue to decrease the time the rug looks clean.
