offer ways to replace loose grout or a better way to clean stubborn spots i realize that gets into a lot of areas and the job you guys did was great but thats what i have to say see ya
No soaps or chemicals, carpets dry quickly (3 hours).
The technicians were friendly and explained what they were doing as they were doing it. I like that the process is environmentally safe.
Two young men arrived and were both very professional and my floors are as clean as new. When it was obvious to them (not me) that what was really needed was to strip my floor, I should have listened. Next time I think I will LISTEN to the tech. Totally professional and knowledgeable. Completely cleaned up after themselves and left me very happy. I would definitely call ZeroRez again, and this time I will rely on their judgment.

throw away are beautiful.
I have had my champagne colored carpet cleaned many times and this is the cleanest I have seen it since I moved in 15 years ago. The products used smelled clean and fresh. Now that the house is a rental, the carpet was very, very dirty and Pete worked extremely hard to get it very clean. He was very professional, knowledgeable and careful. This will be the only carpet cleaning company I will use in the future. Thanks.

No chemicals. The carpet and tile ended up smelling very fresh and looking clean and spotless. They worked very hard to get a heavy old grease stain from a hydraulic chair off my carpet and succeeded, so I am very satisfied.

SERVICE GUYS EXPLAINED WHAT THE PROCESS WAS GOING TO BE, EXPLAINED WHAT EMPOWERED WATER WAS , GIVING ME A BOTTLE TO CLEAN WITH WHILE THEY CLEANED THE CARPETS, AND ANSWERED ANY & ALL QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY ALSO TOOK MEASURES TO PROTECT WALLS WITH GUARDS, AND WERE KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT PRODUCT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND LIKABLE.

Prompt, courteous service. Good job cleaning our area rugs. When rugs dried, I needed to put down on correct area of house.
This left a few streaks on the bare floors where the rugs were when cleaned. I need to mop. No big deal though.
Chairs were also cleaned. I am satisfied.
I like the cleaning without product and I love that my kitchen floor was sanitized.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ability to clean without using chemicals. How quick it was and how fast it dried. Will definately use you again.
From the adds I heard I thought it was one price and when they came they tried to upsale me
The first technician took only 45 minutes with all the flooring I had, which was ridiculous. Zerorez did make good on it and sent another technician out and the floor is good now. The inconvenience of not having furniture for nearly a week was not fun, but we got through it.
I have already passed my guys names out to some of my friends. We were very pleased with the service we got and the tile and carpet came cleaner than they ever have. Kudos to Albert Gutirrez and his partner!! Its so nice to see a young man so thrilled about his work and product. Grreat job guys!!!!

CARPET & TILE LOOK WONDERFUL. TECHNITIONS WERE PROMPT, INFORMATIVE AND POLITE!
All of the spots we had came out and so far they have not shown up again. The last time we had the carpets cleaned in our school we had more spots show up than before it was cleaned.
Most of the soiled spots have not returned
The grout is clean. However it was done, it worked. No real mess or smell.
We had purchased a home that the grout in the floor tile was very dirty and stained. I had spent hours on my hands and knees with little results! After only a couple of hours with your service, my whole house was clean, and much cleaner than I was able to get it! Thanks
