Several coffee stains were still visible after cleaning. I was told they would lighten as the carpet dried. The carpet was very wet. After drying it feels odd when walked on. High traffic areas are much cleaner though! The service tech was very professional!

Hidden costs. Thought it was going to be 143 for 3 rooms ended up paying just under 300 for 3 rooms a staircase and one area of grout. Why?!

I've seen your products in action but I haven't had a chance to use them myself. Andrew and Mike were great representatives of Zerorez and I appreciate them and the job they did! I had already heard about Andrew from Michaelene Murphy who had witnessed his great service a week ago or so. Andrew demonstrated what the cleaning fluid can do and Mike supported everything he said; consequently, I purchased that, too. Andrew had called and asked if they could come early for their appointment because they had finished early and I was very happy about that. We asked the technician to pretreat 2 rooms with your pet odor solution. 1 room seems Ok, but the other room didn't improve at all. Disappointed.
