Excellent service technicians and quality workmanship with no messy materials left in the carpet or tile are. Eferything came out looking like new.
The technician showed up on time, was very professional, answered any questions and the look of the carpet when he was finished was fantastic! I hired Zerorex from advertising I heard on 94.5 (Tom and Maria) radio station. My carpet had not been cleaned for 18 months and was so dirty and had so many stains, I wasn't holding my breath that it would actually look good again.
However, Zerorez proved me wrong!!! When Jonathan finsihed cleaning the carpet it looked new and I had to walk across the carpet to get my check book and was surprised at how soft and barely wet the carpet was.
I will recommended Zerorez to everyone as I truly was impressed!!!

We liked the scheduling process and the reminder email and phone calls. The cleaners very professionally rescheduled us on the day of the service after having an earlier cancellation. They dressed professionally and they were friendly. They explained that a tile must have been replaced before we bought the house and that the grout color around it had been matched to dirty grout and therefore could not be cleaned to match the rest of the tile. Very helpful information so that we can have that grout replaced to match. The tile and grout looks fantastic after cleaning, even better than we had hoped.
i like that their is no chemical residue left on the carpets.

I never expected the fantastic results, I was so depressed about how stained my carpet was and i just about cried when I saw the results. Isaac, the technician is very polite, gracious, knowledgable and skilled.
I was extremely disappointed with my service this time. When the truck arrived it was to early then they never came back like they said, when I called the girl said sorry rearranged for a new time, but I expected some kind of rebate from you since I had to have my employees here later and for two days. Never had service from you like this before.

The technician that came to our house was very professional and very knowledgable. We were extremely pleased with the results of the cleaning. He communicated with us throughout the entire phase of the service and kept us informed as to what he was doing the entire time. He was thorough with the service and was upfront and honest that with the condition of our carpet, that it may not turn out as clean as we may like. We were extremely satisfied with the end result and were very pleased with the result. We will highly recommend the service to our friends and family. Jonathan was amazing and very professional! Professional no chemicals
The technician was very capable, but wouldn't stop trying to sell me more goods and services. He was very pushy and I felt very uncomfortable. I finally agreed to the 'scotsgard-like' protection and it made the carpet crunchy. The whole reason we wanted to try Zerorez was so we wouldn't have the left over residue on the carpet, but we have it. We can't even walk on the carpet barefooted as it feels terrible to walk on. I don't think I'll try Zerorez again. Not a very happy camper.
