What I was most impressed with is the young man who provided the cleaning service. He was hard working, courteous, precise, informative, and professional. He represented your company in the best way possible. I am pleased with the cleaning results - the carpet and tile look much better than they did before.

The carpet looks fresh and lively, not dull as it did before it was cleaned. I also bought the cleaning water and cleaned my couch with it. The couch looks better than any other time I have cleaned it.

I was very dissapointed in the service. While the tech did come back out and try to resolve one issue, it did not work. Now my grout is ruined and where it did not smell before it reeks of urine. Very unhappy with the results.
My rugs looked great and felt fresh to touch. The technician was friendly and professional, and got the job done in less time than I expected. I definitely will call Zerorez the next time I need my rugs cleaned !
The carpet is soft and not stiff and sticky like other times I have had carpets cleaned. Also, the tile and grout look brand new. I am going to have them come back and do the rest of Pepper Gearhart
Everything they cleaned looks better than the other company I had used before.. They protected the edges of all the walls thru the house and did a great job, to even stay and use blowers to dry the tile floors. I have not had that kind of service from a carpet and tile cleaning company before. I have already recommended them to my sons.
Arrived when they said they would, did a very professional job. The carpet is very old and had a lot of stains, we thought we would have to replace all the carpet soon. Zerorez came and did a fantastic job, it took them longer that they thought it would but it looks great.

I like that there is no residue left on the carpet and you also offered grout and tile cleaning. It's very convenient to have just one company come out and do the entire house. I very much appreciated talking to a real person on the phone and that person was very knowledgable and got back to me very quickly to set up an appointment. Also, I believe Cody did an exceptional and professional job. He worked extremely hard and I would like to thank him very much.
We felt your additional charges were out of line. Especially since we know what our friend paid and what he got for that. No need to do anything more. How would I know that you wouldn't do the same thing to one of my friends.

The serviceman was polite and professional. He did an amazing job on our carpets that are six years old. We used Stanley Steamer and they did not get the walking paths clean. The carpets are soft and beautiful. Zerorez will be our company from now on! Thanks Zerorez!
My sofa and loveseat looked worse after your man cleaned them....I had to redo both and now look much better. he said they had a lot of dirt however, with more time spent on them they came clean. I will never use you again. The man didn't care and had excuses for everything. He spent only one hour on both large pieces of furniture and then left. A total waste of money. I used Zeroez in Albuquerque and was always very happy with service so I think it was the man that you use. Sorry
