When I saw and felt how soft the carpets were again, I knew that Zerorez would be the only carpet and tile cleaner I would ever use. stop your misleading advertisement. when asked several times about how much it is no one would bring up extra costs. all you have to do is when someone asks abouy total costs, bring up the fees and whatever. people dont mind that but when given a price and being told thats it and waiting for the tech to bring up enviro nmental fees and what not is not that cool.
i clean my carpet every 3 months religiosly so i know a lot of carpet cleaning and floor cleaning co. in town. i have not come across anyone other than yout co. that do not move movable furniture.

The carpets feel soft not stiff when they dried. The rooms smelled fresh and clean.

We liked how nice the worker was and how he took time to explain things to us and how carful he was in our house.The only thing we think could be better is make sure that if someone is scheduled at 11-1 that you be there at that time. We just didn't like waiting all day when we were scheduled at that time. We understand jobs can run over but its just fustrating sitting around when we could be out doing other things. We will use your company again.

They were early and very professional the carpets turned out great

The previous person from your company that cleaned my carpets twice was much more professional and thorough. He did more pre-treating of pet stains and more targeted deep cleaning. The person that was here yesterday seemed to do a very perfunctory job.

No soap.

Very disappointed. Used Zerorez three years ago and was amazed. We had a dog at the time and nearly white carpeting. The cleaning was excellent. This time the tech did a half way job. No dog but plenty of dirty marks and missed areas. He hurried. Had an issue with spilled ink which we didn't fully expect to fully clean but normal "dirt" was left behind. We also parked one car behind the other in the drive way so we could get a car out. The tech parked the truck blocking in the car in spite of having the entire front of the home and half the driveway available to him. Took advantage of a three room special and then had to pay 1/3rd the cost to just do the hall. Bait and switch? don't know of too many homes were the rooms are not connected by a hall. We have yet to receive a receipt...tech entered check via phone.

We own and operate a property management company and didn't use our usual vendor and were willing to pay a little more...wrong decision.

This time we waited a little too long to get our carpets cleaned. I like to pull everything out of the room in order to get a thorough cleaning. Even though our carpets were very dirty they seemed to come unusually clean this time. Do you have some new water? Was it the expertise of Isaac Morris? Whatever it is it worked. Our carpets look great. Now I need to work on the next three rooms. Thank you Isaac and Zerorez.

It had been some time since the carpeting had been cleaned and it turned out looking almost like new. Also the tile really cleaned up nice. We liked that there were no chemicals involved and it dried quickly. Will definitely use this company again.
