Non-toxic, zero residue, etc.
The technician was very pleasant and easy to work with and worked steady at the cleaning of the tile and carpet. Since we were moving out I left as soon as the cleaning was done. So cannot give you a feed back on how everything was when dry. Would try you again in my new home when I need to do cleaning again. Please do not send me any more e-mails.
The carpets get clean and your technicians are polite and knowledgeable.
I like the citrus product, how fast it dried, and hopefully the stains wil not resurface.
I do not like getting a receipt by e-mail because I couldn't pull it up, therefore I have no record of the cleaning or the amount
No soppy carpets and no chemicals
calculation of tile areas to be cleaned. I have a large tiled floor that happens to be adjacent to a carpeted area. The tech cleaned the carpet. Then he cleaned the tile but the strip of tile was not cleaned because I thought the added charge to clean the small area in front of the tv and fireplace was quite excessive. I now have a very clean tile floor, wonderfully clean carpet and a small area left uncleaned which connects the two areas because the proposed cost for cleaning it was excessive and not included under his calculations.

Not properly informed on charges. Overcharged based on sq footage. Part of the carpet remained dirty afterwards and had to hand clean it.

Fast,effective and affordable .
I thought the carpet smelled like wet carpet still that night. Did not like that I was charged more because of where I lived, there is no mention in the promo that some areas would be more then the $129. for three room special.

Your customer service is sub par, the tech was in rush to finish our grout cleaning. He left a substantial amount of drywall dust in the grout lines, he missed to many corners to count, and when we called the phx office to see about a small reclean, I was told it would take 24 hrs to be called back by a csr. I see this as a problem, I am a general contractor and i have a tight time schedule to get things done. So when your tech does not complete the job to a satisfactory level, i expect a quick response and quick return to sight to correct the issues.
I understand that your a for profit company, and it is hard to justify a return visit, but in this case it will cost you more in repeat business. As the owner of my company i will not allow my superintendents to use your services ever again.

The outcome of the service far surpassed my expectations. The cleaning crew was able to remove soil deposits that a competing cleaning service couldn't two years earlier! The dry time was very reasonable and the crew was very professional.

There was a possibility of extra costs involved which I am not used to and turned down. Such as pet stains. Hallway was considered a room. Previous carpet companies gave a price and it included pet stains, hallway, throw rugs.
