Friendly Professional Tile looks like new!
The service performed was on the high end of similar services of competitors. When calling in to ask questions, the person on the phone could not answer any questions.
The service was efficient even tho the Service Man had had troubles with his truck that day. (I think he was on his second truck & now that one was not working correctly when he arrived.) He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained how your product was much better that other products. My carpet was very stained and I had used Resolve to take spots out--he showed me the soap that was coming out of the carpet from that and the previous cleaning. He showed me on the parts of my carpet that was worn and thin and might not come back to original color because of the wear. He was patient with my questions. A Supervisor came with a replacement truck and helped finishing the job so they could do the necessary moving to the new truck. I was so impressed with the friendliness of your employees. I have encouraged my friends to call you Company when they need their carpets cleaned.
Service was great. Timely. Took care not to scratch the walls. Made a huge difference in the carpet and tile. Great value. Couldn't be happier.

2) Service was scheduled quickly.
3) The technicians (Levi and his trainee)examined the rooms to be serviced, determined the troubling areas, set up quickly and worked steadily.

Carpet came out very clean as advertised. The representative was professional, courteous and very well organized.
I liked the speed in cleaning and less dampness when he was finished. We did have him come back for a traffic area that we felt should have come cleaner. He came back and re did it and now it is very satisfactory.
THEY DRY QUICKLY AND ARE ODOR FREE WITHIN 15 MINUTES. YOUR TECHNICIAN WAS VERY GOOD.
